This terrific townhouse will make the perfect backdrop for many happy memories, whether you’re looking for a home for a family holiday or a trip with friends. Based in the heart of Campanet, this townhouse is ideally located to explore the quaint cafes and classy restaurants of this lovely town, as well as the renowned Campanet Caves. We love the traditional design, with cobblestone walls, exposed beam ceilings and wooden shutters, combined with modern and stylish furniture and decor to give it a fresh and trendy vibe. It also offers some luxurious amenities, including an outdoor pool.

Spend each morning on the balcony overlooking the pool, and relax on a lounger as the sun rises in the sky. Cook up some Spanish scrambled eggs and dine all together at the alfresco dining table. As the heat turns up, cool off with a refreshing dip in the pool, or pour yourself an icy sangria to drink in the shade. Fire up the barbecue to cook up some Spanish sausages and tuck in as the sun sets. Head out to explore the town’s nightlife in the evening, or pop open a bottle of Cava to enjoy with some late-night conversation on the balcony.

Seeing as Mallorca is known for its gorgeous weather, it should come as no surprise that the garden is our favourite bit. Fuschia-coloured bougainvillaea climbs up the stone walls and comfy lounge chairs invite you to take advantage of the endless sunshine. Days here are best spent cooling off in the sparkling pool and lounging underneath the shady umbrellas when you need a break from the rays. Come dinnertime, fire up the barbecue and tuck into an alfresco feast at the outdoor table, finishing the evening with cocktails as the sun goes down.

Location-wise, sleepy Campanet is best known for its authentic, local spirit. It's not a resort town, so there are only a few restaurants, bars and cafes to discover, but we love the beautiful architecture and atmosphere. There's also some good hiking nearby, but for a bit more buzz, Alcúdia and its sandy beach are a twenty-minute drive away.

While the interior style won’t be to everyone’s taste, the small garden and roof terrace are sure to please. Found in the quiet suburbs of Mallorca – near the ancient town of Pollensa – this home is peace and tranquillity wrapped in a charming bow. Find yourself at home under the exposed wooden beams as you stroll across terracotta tiles. Where the kitchen and bedrooms are cosy, the living space is striking with high ceilings and a flowing, open layout that’s amply lit by the natural light streaming in through the large double doors. We can spend all day out on the terrace, sipping cocktails on the poolside lounge chairs, playing ping-pong under the pergola and dining alfresco as the sun goes down. Inside, it's a mix of rustic chic and sparkling new, with character touches like exposed stone walls and vaulted ceilings set alongside a sleek contemporary kitchen that makes cooking up a storm a breeze. All the spaces are filled with light and the bedrooms are super comfortable – we think a family or group of friends would be more than happy to call this place home.

Slightly further afield, the town of Sa Pobla hosts a farmer's market every Sunday and a few more bar and restaurant options. From here, it's a short drive to the golden sands of the picturesque Playa del Muro, while the untamed beauty of Cap de Formentor lies to the north.
