There's no denying that The White Isle is a gorgeous destination, and this villa is pretty easy on the eyes. Built with the traditional Ibiza style in mind, the exterior is white as sugar against the rich green of the surrounding countryside and panoramic vistas of the Morna Valley. Indoors is all about living in luxury, with plush king-size beds and glossy en-suites in each bedroom as well as an open-plan living space that honours the breezy style fincas are known for. 

That said, you'll likely spend most of your time in the garden, basking in the endless sunshine. There's a glittering pool where you can enjoy afternoon swims and midnight dips under the stars and so many sun-kissed lounging areas it's hard to know where to start. We can easily picture ourselves lounging on the daybed with a good book, sipping sangria before dinner in the covered dining area and whipping up tapas in the summer kitchen to enjoy as the sun goes down – sounds pretty dreamy, if we do say so ourselves.

While this is a quiet rural location, you're just a ten-minute drive from Santa Eulalia and twenty minutes from Ibiza Town. Explore the island's beaches and secret coves by day – our favourites are Aigües Blanques and Cala de Sant Vicent, both twenty minutes by car – and enjoy the lively atmosphere by night. We think this is White Isle living at its finest.

Nestled in one of Ibiza's quieter pockets, this whitewashed villa is a masterclass in boho chic. We love that this home feels both stylish and fun – just like Ibiza itself. As the sun goes down, you can enjoy breathtaking views over the island of Formentera and the golf course from one of multiple terraces – or simply lounge by the pool and top up your tan. In the evening, pull up an Eames-style chair in the kitchen while the chef of the group prepares an Ibizan feast. This frontline home has wonderful sea views from its poolside and upper terrace. There’s an alfresco dining space, with a table seating eight and barbeque, also alongside the pool. Inside, there’s an open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen. Also, all of the bedrooms are on the ground floor – we especially love the main bedroom with its French doors onto the patio. Another highlight of this home is the beach is only 20 metres away. The villa is situated in S’Argamassa, a beachfront destination most famous for the Nikki Beach Club. The modern style continues inside this villa, with a sleek living space and sliding glass doors taking full advantage of those views. The open-plan design and additional guest bathrooms make entertaining in this home a breeze, and the seamless transition between inside and outside means you can easily take dinner and drinks out to the terrace. We wouldn't blame you for spending every day soaking up the sun at home, but don't miss the chance to explore hidden coves along the coast or the lively restaurants and bars in Ibiza Town. As the sun sets, return to your villa for a barbecue on the terrace with your holiday playlist on the speakers, then light up the fireplace in the living room and settle back with a nightcap.

A sprawling hideaway surrounded by green Ibizan farmland, the distinctive design and seclusion here grabbed our attention and didn't let go. The pool-side sound system and sun loungers make for a perfect afternoon for those feeling sociable, while tucked away you'll find outdoor beds and terraces to relax on in peace. Combined with the outdoor pizza oven and alfresco dining spaces, you'll likely be spending a lot of time outdoors – then again, we love the abundant space and comfort inside too. And if you're coming with kids, they'll find plenty to do with a play area and two acres of garden.

Rather fittingly for a villa in a location known as the White Isle, that colour does play a pretty large role in the interior design. Stark walls, ceilings and floor, plus dazzling furnishings, make for an angelic ambience and a blank canvas against which the sparse selection of black furnishings really stand out.

With so much effort put into the interior, it can almost feel like a shame that you'll be spending so much time outdoors here. The infinity swimming pool and adjoining hot tub are as sleek as they are refreshing and offer beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. You can also gaze out at this vista from the terrace, complete with a stylish pergola in case you're ever in need of a little shade.

There are a couple of other features that really impressed us. For starters, the private gym will help you keep up your fitness regimen while you're away from home, but there's also a home cinema set-up and games equipment on the side terrace if you want to keep things laid-back. We're also fond of the elegant freestanding bathtub in the master bedroom, positioned right next to the floor-to-ceiling windows and ripe for sunset-watching.

As if that wasn't enough, the location is pretty excellent, too. Although the bright lights and excitement of Ibiza Town are mere minutes away in the car, there's a peaceful feel to the immediate area around the home and direct access to a crowd-free cove from which you can go swimming.

Just a five-minute drive from Ibiza Town’s buzzing centre, yet secluded enough to fully immerse yourself in peace and relaxation, this villa is a vision of white against a backdrop of rolling, pine-covered hills. Inside, the modern living room’s cream-coloured palette is delicately offset by pops of blue and red, with abstract art and an open fireplace adding to the minimalist, sophisticated feel. With its open-plan layout, this is the ideal space for socialising and letting the balmy breeze flow through from the large patio doors that open out to the pool. Stake your claim on a sun lounger, jump into the swimming pool’s cool waters, and relish your lush, green surroundings dotted with vibrant flowers in bloom. When the sun gets too hot, retreat with a good book to the quiet seating area beneath the pink bougainvillea. When sea and sand are the order of the day, Talamanca Beach is less than a ten-minute walk away. At night, go out and sample Ibiza’s famous nightlife or watch the revelry from a scenic distance with an alfresco feast at home.
