This villa is something special indeed. You can live out your castaway fantasies on uninhabited Disporos Island, just off the coast of the Halkidiki Peninsula. The only way to get here is by boat or kayak from the mainland, but don’t worry – there’s a private jetty and horseshoe of private beach for that. You can cover the length of the island on foot in half an hour, through fragrant pine forests and past sandy beaches.

Indoors and outdoors, you can soak up the views of the Aegean Sea –  our favourite spot for this is from the cooling comfort of the private pool. Sleeping up to eight guests, the villa is perfect for families or groups of friends – just be mindful that at full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the main bedroom.

With merely a blade of grass out of place, this immaculate villa offers sublime views across the water to Diaporos Island and Mount Athos. With direct access to the white sands of Vourvourou beach, you'll spend long, languorous days swimming in the sea and bathing on the soft powder before sauntering back up to your private home for a bite to eat. 

Encouraging outdoor living, at this particular villa, you'll find an impressive array of alfresco areas – including several sun loungers, a sun terrace, a dining area with covered seating and a built-in barbecue, as well as a beautifully-kept garden to wander in. Separated into two distinct maisonettes, this villa in Metamorfosi is ideal for multigenerational families or groups looking for a bit more autonomy. Laid out over three floors and boasting multiple terraces and a private lawn, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the sweeping sea views. While the decor inside isn’t half as impressive as the blue vistas outside, you’ll find, nonetheless, plenty of comfort in its contemporary style and outdoor living amenities. What’s more, Metamorfosi Beach is just across the street (20 metres away), while Metamorfosi’s many shops, supermarkets and beach bars can easily be reached on foot, 300 metres from home.

Set in a boutique complex with lavish community spaces, Sirtaki is for guests who do not hold back on a luxurious holiday. With sweeping views of the Toroneos Bay toward Mount Athos from your private pool and ample decadence in the high-spec kitchen and well-fitted bathrooms, it can be a challenge to leave the home.
