A perfect location such as this warrants a perfect home, and this smart, stylish villa overlooking Elia's beautiful beach is just the ticket. With staggering sea views, a crystal clear private pool and a mix of traditional Cycladic architecture and modern luxuries, it's spacious and sophisticated. Built in recent years, but fitting in perfectly with the island's signature style, it's a short walk to the beach and just a twenty-minute drive to Mykonos Town.

Inside, there's a modern, all-white theme, with pops of blue tones and some fascinating pieces of built-in furniture – like the desk, the sofas and even two of the beds. A well-equipped kitchen makes cooking at home a cinch and you can choose to eat inside or out – just outside the patio doors, a covered terrace offers a sheltered spot for meals alfresco.

Spend your days swimming in the pool (or choose its Jacuzzi setting in the evening) and exploring the blissful beaches nearby. Elia Beach, known as the island's 'official unofficial' nudist beach is just a stroll away and within an easy drive are places like Agrari, Kalafati and Lia – all known for their golden sands.

In June 2022, The Aegean Retreat underwent a complete renovation and is now ready to welcome guests. Perched on a hillside with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and the neighboring islands of Rineia and Tinos, this 150sqm modern Cycladic house boasts four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a spacious balcony, and an outdoor lounge patio spanning 80 sqm.

To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide light cleaning service every two days and bathroom amenities, fresh linen, towels, and bathrobes. The villa is equipped with modern amenities, including free high-speed Wi-Fi, individually controlled air conditioning, 55" Smart 4KTV with satellite and Netflix, YouTube, safety boxes in all bedrooms, hairdryers, washing machine, and a dishwasher.

Currently, the private swimming pool is under construction and will be available for the summer season of 2023. The villa features a beautiful garden patio where guests can relax and enjoy the most amazing sea and sunset views in Mykonos.

The upper level of the villa houses the dining and lounge areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious balcony offering breathtaking sea and sunset views. The loft comprises a bedroom with two single beds, while the ground level features three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the outdoor patio garden with sun loungers.

This luxurious villa is located in Mykonos, in the coastal village of Kalafatis. Made up of a main house and two guest houses, we think this is a great choice for friend groups or families with members that might want a little extra privacy. Alfresco amenities are in abundance here, with dining space and a barbecue in the shade and a large private pool surrounded by sun loungers and a hammock. Kalafatis Beach is only a short walk away, but we recommend driving into Mykonos Town, which is around fifteen minutes away by car.

Inside, this villa is all about enjoying yourself. The open dining and living room is a social space in soothing soft blue, white and wood, and there’s a cinema and games room for evenings in. Cooking is a delight in the boho-chic kitchen with its sleek white units and wooden breakfast bar. There are two hotel-suite-like bedrooms to choose from, both with their own seating area and one with a kitchenette to make your morning cup of coffee in peace.
