Spread over three levels, this 5-room house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The upper floor features a spacious living and dining area with a balcony, as well as an open kitchen equipped with modern appliances. On the second upper floor, there are three bedrooms with balconies, one with an en-suite bathroom, and two additional bathrooms. The house is fully air-conditioned and heated for year-round comfort. Guests can enjoy free internet access and use of a safe, iron, and baby cot. There is private parking for two cars on the fenced property. Shops and supermarkets are nearby in Pridraga and Novigrad. You could spend practically the whole day out here on the terrace, throwing dinner on the barbecue as the sun goes down, but inside the home, you’ll find a charming space equally deserving of your attention. Rustic stone walls, exposed wooden beams and decorative barrels lend the home authentic character and a cosy feel. We love the charming checkered bedspreads in each of the bedrooms and the green shutters and doors that tie the rooms together. Location-wise, you’ll be just a ten-minute drive from the stunning Vrana Lake, the largest natural lake in Croatia. Outside, you’ll find a marvellous terrace that boasts sea views. This charming home is 330 metres above sea level, so it’s also blessed with views of the Velebit mountains. 

You’ll likely spend most of your time dozing in the sunshine of the garden, revelling in the tranquillity of this rural home. If you do want to get out and explore though, you can stroll to the centre of the village in twelve minutes. Admire the traditional homes and learn a little of the cultural and historical heritage before meandering back for alfresco dinner under the shade of the trees. Duboka Kruščica beach is an eighteen-minute walk, or a three-minute drive – dive into the clear water and feel all your worries float away.
