It's no secret that the Caribbean is home to some of the most coveted villas in the world, but this address on the west coastline of Providenciales somehow manages to stand out among this distinguished pack.

A major part of this is down to the incredible location. Not only is the home blessed with an uninterrupted view of the dazzlingly blue Caribbean Sea, but it sits so close to these inviting waters that you can go from the home's terrace to the water in a matter of seconds. There's a private platform from which you can dive in or launch off in one of the pair of kayaks that are available to borrow.

During this short journey from home to the ocean, you'll pass a wealth of treats that will help you while away summer afternoons, including a swimming pool, hot tub and large terraces, plus an outdoor kitchen and fire pit for once the sun's disappeared beneath the horizon.

We haven't even got around to the home itself, which more than lives up to the high standards set by the exterior. The large windows and glass doors make the living quarters feel bright and breezy, while the design feels fresh and contemporary, particularly the sleek kitchen complete with an island.

Although it's perfectly achievable to keep yourself entertained without ever leaving the villa, there are plenty of ways to stay active nearby, including water sports and a tennis court. You can also find a good selection of restaurants in Kew Town, a short drive away.

Perfectly nestled on one of the Providenciales most beautiful sandy beaches, Taylor Bay Beach, this sensational villa was built for living it up in the sun. 

From the outside, a white–washed facade with cool blue shutters pay homage to the oceanfront location, meanwhile the luscious palm trees and pillars to either side of the front door add a touch of exotic grandeur. The crystalline waters and white sands are certainly tempting us to stay outdoors, but the look of this place is just too stunning to resist, and we can’t wait to take a peek inside.

As we venture beyond the arched front door, we are met with the most incredible interior. The first word that springs to mind is ‘wow.’ Bright and breezy with lots of soft neutrals, crisp whites and the occasional pop of aqua blue, it draws inspiration from the serene ocean panorama, creating an idyllic retreat to enjoy Turks & Caicos in style.

With a wealth of windows dotted from room to room, natural sunlight is free to cascade its way through the home, illuminating every space and making things all the more beautiful. We particularly love the spacious, open–plan living area. The ideal spot for socialising with family and friends, get set to while away the night over countless flutes of your favourite fizz before making your way through the french doors and directly out onto the beach. Bliss!

For those that like to stay active whilst vacationing, the refreshing depths of the large, private pool welcome you to swim beneath the blanket of the sun. There’s also tennis court access with rackets and balls both provided. Alternatively, if your plans consist of little more than sitting back and relaxing, the ocean–facing patio and pool deck with loungers have got you covered. 

We’re sure you’ll be in no rush to peel away from your private patch of paradise, but if you do feel like heading out, Provo’s resort area, Grace Bay, is just a fifteen–minute drive from the villa and is packed with restaurants, shops and attractions.


The Fairytale of Turks & Caicos

On the shores of Sapodilla Bay, you will find this Colonial Barbadian-style home with its coral stone, white-washed exterior and picturesque views of the turquoise waters from every room. With access to a private balcony or terrace from each bedroom, why not start each morning here with the fresh salt breeze, accompanied by the incredible views? Then, enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the waterfront deck overlooking the ocean. 

The exclusive white sand beach of Taylor Bay is just a short walk from your home, where you can stroll the soft sands, lounge in the sunshine, or even enjoy water sports such as snorkelling. Plus, there is a private swim platform here for easy ocean access in waist-deep waters. Or, of course, you can stay closer to home and cool off in the refreshing waters of your own private pool. 

In the evening, fire up the poolside gas grill for dinnertime, or hand over the reins to a private chef who can cook some delicious island-inspired feasts. To fully take advantage of the views on offer, we would highly recommend dining alfresco with the sea vistas.

Treated to a fantastic spot on the Providenciales , the architect behind this stunning villa must have taken one look at the incredible ocean view and decided to incorporate as many glass walls as possible into the design – and can you blame them?

That being said, the panorama is even more awe-inspiring in the home's outdoor space, perhaps with a sea breeze on your skin and the sun beginning its daily descent behind the horizon. Thankfully, there's no shortage of wonderful amenities that'll help you spend as much time in the open air as possible – we're talking an infinity pool, over-the-water hammock and a couple of grills ready and waiting for dinner.

What's even more impressive is that the home itself would still draw lots of compliments regardless of the location. The design inside is sleek and contemporary, with an emphasis on bright neutrals, Scandi-inspired furnishings and a strong dash of minimalism. You probably don't need us to tell you that there's an abundance of natural light, too.

If you want to explore the locale a little more, there are paddleboards and kayaks available to borrow, and it's only a short pathway down to the inviting waters of Sapodilla Bay. In the opposite direction, Chalk Sound National Park is just as close and offers even more opportunities for watersports.
