Set right in Old Las Palmas town, this remodelled 1930s bungalow is within walking distance of some of the area's most famous eateries and just a five-minute drive from Downtown Palm Springs. Built in a classic Spanish style, it's set on an oversized corner plot and boasts a charming walled garden. Lovingly modernised in recent years but retaining its old-world character, the home features terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings and all-white walls. We love the living room with its arched fireplace and stylish furniture, and the bar area in the sun room. Double doors open out to the beautiful pool and terrace, where you can swim or laze in the hot tub to your heart's content. Cook in the fully kitted-out kitchen and serve meals outside with views of the surrounding palm trees and mountain tops.

It’s easy to see why you’d feel like you’re living the Hollywood life here, especially given the sheer scale of each room. The piano and pool table also add to the luxury this home has to offer, but it’s not all gloss. The firepit near the pool and the fireplace in the lounge leans itself more to comfort, which makes for an interesting blend of sophisticated cosiness. 

With so many things to do on site, it might be difficult to leave, but even just strolling the calm roads of Old Las Palmas feels special, especially when you might end up spotting a celebrity. Constantly confronted with scenic mountain views, this home and its surrounding area is an oasis. Relax and reconnect in the private saltwater pool before dining alfresco.

Get ready for a morning hike up the nearby Cactus to Clouds Trail, which starts twenty minutes' walk from your front door, before coming home to cool down with a dive in the shared heated swimming pool. Even better, you can relax your muscles in the adjacent spa pool. With North Palm Canyon Drive just outside the address and an array of cafés and restaurants leading downtown, you’ve got everything you need within easy reach for an unforgettable break.

Or jump on one of the complimentary beach cruisers and explore the Old Las Palmas area, where you'll find an array of stylish galleries, design stores, restaurants and tiki bars, under a minute by bike.

Freshen up back at the apartment before hitting Palm Springs' retro diners, chic bars and pool parties. Everything's within walking distance – Downtown Palm Springs is a twenty-minute stroll, but if you don't fancy walking – there's a free trolley called the Buzz that picks up and stops along the main route. Or ride your complimentary beach cruiser to the Old Las Palmas neighbourhood – this was a Hollywood stars' playground in the 1920s. Today you'll find stylish galleries, design stores, and tiki bars aplenty. On top of all this, Palm Springs International Airport is a mere six-minute drive away.

Set in the colourful Uptown Design District, close to Downtown and the Old Las Palmas neighbourhood, the location couldn’t be better for exploring this desert city. Days here begin with coffee on the private balcony, followed by a dip in the shimmering outdoor pool. Downtown Palm Springs is within walking distance, but if you’re not in the mood for a stroll, there are complimentary beach cruisers, perfect for touring the gently winding streets of Las Palmas. After a hard day shopping and sightseeing, unwind in the Jacuzzi or play a few rounds of mini-golf on the shared course. There’s an outdoor grill if you’d like a barbecue dinner, but if you’re not in the mood for flipping your own burgers, Palm Springs’ retro diners are ready to serve you. After dark, there’s not far to go for your next mojito - there’s a cocktail bar just downstairs.

There's something lovably retro about this large apartment, from the bold colours and jazzy patterns to the eclectic selection of chairs positioned by the glass doors in the living room. Open these up and you'll step out onto the private patio space, where you can soak up the sun and admire the impressive mountain views — there's even a fire pit out there for when nighttime rears its head again. Although it's a charming space in and of itself, it's the communal facilities that guests get access to that are perhaps most impressive. The swimming pool will really come into its own on sweltering Palm Springs afternoons, as will the loungers and hot tub. We also like the practice putting green — mini clubs are provided — which should get you warmed up ahead of a visit to one of the seven golf courses that can be reached in fifteen minutes' drive. If you're not a sports person, there are plenty of hiking routes nearby, as well as restaurants and galleries on North Palm Canyon Drive, which can be reached at the end of your street.
