Built in 1913, the wooden cabin wouldn't look out of place on a remote mountain - instead, you get Abbott Kenny and the beach within a few minutes' walk. Push open the gate and head up to the porch, where a red leather sofa and small writing desk provide a nook of privacy. The open-plan living area is a burst of art prints and retro knickknacks. Sloping ceilings and grey walls sport a long exhibition poster, underneath which a child's rocking horse stands.
