This Brooklyn home is certainly one of the most unique in our collection. From the industrial bones to the live aquariums and the vintage mannequins and collectibles, everything about this lofted space speaks for itself. Not for the minimalist at heart, this home guarantees to be a one-of-a-kind experience that still caters to total comfort, with a plush sofa, sumptuous bed and outfitted kitchen. We especially love the fish tanks that your host so lovingly tends to – the neon colors add excitement and beauty to even the quietest of nights in. Right outside your doorstep, you’ll find the bustle of East Williamsburg. You’re just a five-minute walk from the lauded pizza restaurant Roberta’s and near plenty of excellent thrift shops, delicious cafes and lively bars. Walk around and admire the street art, new pop-ups and people-watching. Or, to reach Manhattan, simply jump on the train for ten minutes and explore a whole new borough.

We love this fabulous, freshly renovated, bohemian loft apartment located in an authentic converted 100-year-old Brooklyn factory. Prepare a New York-style pizza in the brand new kitchen, or simply relax in the light-filled living space with its exposed brick walls. There are even some glimpses of the Empire State and Chrysler buildings from the living room window. This home is filled with custom-made furniture and original artwork throughout – it's perfect for entertaining family and friends. If you want to explore The City That Never Sleeps, it's just over a ten-minute walk to the Nassau Avenue G Train station on the New York City Subway. For some green space – head to the 35-acre McCarren Park, around a fifteen-minute walk away, with its running track, soccer fields, bocce ball pits and outdoor swimming pool. There's so much to do in the area, you'll need to book another stay.

If you're planning to work, there's a dedicated workspace where you can catch up on emails, and there's a smart kitchen where you can cook with ingredients from the nearby McGolrick Park farmers market – held every Sunday. 

There's loads to explore in this buzzing neighbourhood, with several local restaurants and bars just a five-minute walk away from your door. And when you need to zip into Manhattan, an eight-minute walk will take you to Nassau Avenue subway station – from there you can be in the city centre within around twenty minutes.

With exposed brick walls, custom-made furniture and original artwork, this pad in a converted cork factory oozes that cool, NYC feeling. For a one bed in the city, we think it's surprisingly roomy, especially the living area. There's a desk to work from if you're in town on business, a four-seater dining table and a well-appointed kitchen, which has everything home chefs need to rustle up a meal or two. The bedroom is snug, but it's a cosy place to rest your head, and the location is pretty great, too. Greenpoint is a quiet pocket of Brooklyn, famous for its Polish eateries and vintage stores. Though the commute to Manhattan is a little long – the G-train is a ten-minute walk away – there's a creative, community spirit here that's hard to resist. On weekends, browse the stalls at the farmers market in McGlorick Park before strolling down to the water for some skyline views. Then, finish the day off with a drink at one of the late-night bars in this neighbourhood. If you're looking for an authentic Brooklyn experience away from the crowds, we think this will fit the bill.

Located in quietly cool Greenpoint, this converted warehouse loft studio gives you a true taste of Brooklyn life. With its exposed brick walls, wood floors, original steel doors and tall windows giving way to leafy neighbourhood views, you get all the trappings of the area’s trendy industrial aesthetic – with the bonus of true comfort. We love the freeform table in the main living area, ready to help you greet the day over coffee and bagels, as well as the gleaming white metro tile bathroom that will ease you into a relaxing day of exploring. The bedroom, meanwhile, is as chic and understated as you’d expect, with hanging pendant lighting giving it that signature loft look. When you’re not kicking back in your stylish pad, go out and explore your surroundings. Greenpoint is full of vintage shops, Polish restaurants and live music venues, with pretty Monsignor McGolrick Park just a three-minute walk away. Williamsburg is also a thirty-minute stroll away, while Manhattan’s iconic Empire State Building is a twelve-minute taxi drive from your door.

Housed in a converted 100-year-old factory loft, this place delivers on all the criteria.  There’s exposed brickwork, lofty ceilings, original wooden rafters, and light-flooding windows revealing some great views across to the quiet and friendly Greenpoint neighbourhood, located nearby. The owners have cleverly made use of those high ceilings by creating a mezzanine level, where you’ll find the second bedroom by climbing a charming spiral staircase. Elsewhere, one-off artwork, contemporary furniture, and global-inspired textiles have been expertly fused to add another layer of interest and make the space feel homely. And even though this home is a little further out, it takes less than thirty minutes (door to door) to get into Lower Manhattan by train, which is an eight-minute walk away. The bike store in the basement will be an added perk for those who plan to see the city on wheels. And so you should. Nearby, you’ll find some bustling restaurants, bars, and shops, along with open green spaces, including McGlorick Park, where there is a farmers' market every weekend. You’d never get that in Lower Manhattan, would you? So get out there and meet the locals – authentic Brooklyn living awaits.

This two-bedroom home still retains several features that echo its past, such as the wooden ceiling beams and exposed brick walls. However, there are also plenty of modern comforts to keep you feeling fine during your trip to New York, from the sleek kitchen to the polished wooden floors. If you're traveling for business, you'll be glad to find a desk where you can catch up on emails and high-speed wi-fi to keep you connected. There are even views across to Manhattan from the master bedroom, and chic details like a spiral staircase and patterned rug. The surrounding area is just as trendy, with several independent Brooklyn bars and restaurants just a five-minute walk away and the farmers market at McGlorick Park every Sunday. And if you need to travel further, Nassau Avenue subway station is just an eight-minute walk away to speed you into the city centre.

Stunning architectural features, like the exposed brickwork and wooden beams, make this unusual two-bedroom 'bunk' apartment vibrant and unique. Whether it's the Polish bakery, the weekly market, or the best views of the iconic Manhattan skyline, the Greenpoint neighbourhood is certainly a hidden gem. Housed in a former cork factory, you can still see the bones of the industrial building inside. Boho touches like hand-woven rugs, a tree stump coffee table and hanging pot plants give the place a 21st-century update. One bed is tucked under the mezzanine, and the other sits under the exposed eaves above, embracing trendy loft living, New-York-style. 


Exposure Therapy

There's a lot going on in Greenpoint, with trendy eateries, music venues and a big creative community. And less than half an hour from Lower Manhattan, it's no suprise that it's a great choice for visitors to the city – whether they're here for work or leisure. This charming little loft home is in one of the area's famous former warehouses, and boasts features like sash windows, exposed brick walls and beamed ceilings. With a stripped back, stylish look, there's a lot to love about this little space. A new kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking at home and the home's clever design means there are separate spaces for sleeping, cooking and working – despite it being a studio flat. Out and about there are all sorts of great places to eat and drink, and we suggest popping over to McGolrick Park, where you can buy fresh and organic produce at the Down to Earth Farmers Market every Sunday. 

The International Cork Co.

What was once a cork factory has since been renovated into industrial-style apartments to reveal its original and unique characteristics. Situated in Greenpoint Brooklyn, it seems fitting to highlight the stripped wooden beams and brick walls in this loft. We particularly loved the trendy bare-bones pendant lighting in the bedroom and the exposed sprinkler pipes in the sleep loft. A dedicated desk space is a welcome addition for those visiting on business but also doubles as a place to plan your daily itinerary if you’re visiting for pleasure. Your neighbourhood offers old-school community vibes with an emerging creative scene. You’ll find pizza joints, delis, coffee houses and bars all within a twenty-minute walk. Hop in a cab for less than ten minutes to watch the sunset over Manhattan’s iconic skyline at Newton Barge Park. To venture into the concrete jungle, it’s a thirty-minute trip via subway to Lower Manhattan.

Beaming With Delight

It may be a bit further out (about a twenty-minute drive from Manhatten in good traffic) but this part of Brooklyn is one of the most desirable in the city. Famous as a filming location and with great hipster appeal thanks to its trendy eateries and live music venues, it's got a great community spirit and old-world charm. And this characterful apartment is fittingly bold and beautiful, with a vibrant colour palette, numerous windows, exposed brickwork and contemporary decor. The open-plan living area is particularly inviting with its hanging wicker chair and blue suede sofa, while the bedrooms exude a more peaceful and minimal feel – the twin bedroom being ideal for kids. Practical as well as fun, it's the perfect blend in a fabulous location.
