It's also worth noting that all guests will be sharing the master en-suite bathroom.

We love this fabulous, freshly renovated, bohemian loft apartment located in an authentic converted 100-year-old Brooklyn factory. Prepare a New York-style pizza in the brand new kitchen, or simply relax in the light-filled living space with its exposed brick walls. There are even some glimpses of the Empire State and Chrysler buildings from the living room window. This home is filled with custom-made furniture and original artwork throughout – it's perfect for entertaining family and friends. If you want to explore The City That Never Sleeps, it's just over a ten-minute walk to the Nassau Avenue G Train station on the New York City Subway. For some green space – head to the 35-acre McCarren Park, around a fifteen-minute walk away, with its running track, soccer fields, bocce ball pits and outdoor swimming pool. There's so much to do in the area, you'll need to book another stay.

The apartment features plenty of character and heaps of light. Expect exposed brickwork, mid-century modern furniture and vintage knick-knacks. Plus, you’ve got rooftop access for unfettered panoramas of the iconic New York skyline—it’s extra special when the sun sets. When it’s time to head out and explore, you’re a minute’s walk from some of the coolest bars and taprooms in the district. To reach the heart of Manhattan, you’re less than a five-minute walk from Bedford Av station, connecting you to the Big Apple’s most landmark locations.

Located within a historic Greenpoint hotel, this is not your usual homestay. But for those looking to stay in the low-key cool atmosphere of north Brooklyn, with the added convenience of a hotel concierge, it's a fantastic choice. A converted former factory, the hotel's designer has taken the time to create a bespoke interior for each of the rooms within the building. The open-plan living area gives off a welcoming vibe, with its beautiful hardwood floors, elegant mid-century furniture, and compact kitchen. There are antique mirrors lining the wall, specially commissioned artworks, and old factory finds that make the room feel more like someone's home than a hotel room. The cosy master bedroom is coated in warm blues that will lull you into a deep sleep in no time. If you want to branch out, you're just an eight-minute walk from the nearest Metro station and can be in lower Manhattan within twenty-five minutes, while the Greenpoint ferry terminal is also close by for the more scenic East River option.

The Azure Box

Whether you're in the city on business or ticking the Big Apple off your bucket list, this modern apartment blends hotel perks with the privacy and personality of a NYC rental to make for a convenient home away from home. Despite being a little further out, you're right along from the East River waterfront, boasting high-rise bars, leafy green expanses and a host of restaurants (a five-minute walk away). On top of this, it's only a twenty-three-minute metro ride from bustling Midtown Manhattan and a thirty-minute journey to the Empire State Building. With so much to see and do around here, and yet without the usual accompaniment of rush hour taxis and clamouring tourists around you, we really love this Greenpoint location. Inside, the bright and colourful apartment features a bespoke interior design and the unique architecture of an old factory building. This particular home provides the quintessential lofted New York-style bedroom that makes for a cosy spot to snuggle down after an afternoon spent sightseeing. Come evening, ask the hotel concierge service downstairs to point you out a couple of great eateries, before exploring Greenpoint by night – it's a friendly, artsy neighbourhood – perfect for those post-dinner strolls.

Whether you're in Brooklyn to see family, catch up on business or simply enjoy everything this trendy borough has to offer, this studio apartment is a snug place to call home. It's part of a converted factory, and still retains some of the industrial design details and exposed brick walls that remind you of its history. If you're planning to work, there's a dedicated workspace where you can catch up on emails, and there's a smart kitchen where you can cook with ingredients from the nearby McGolrick Park farmers market – held every Sunday. 

There's loads to explore in this buzzing neighbourhood, with several local restaurants and bars just a five-minute walk away from your door. And when you need to zip into Manhattan, an eight-minute walk will take you to Nassau Avenue subway station – from there you can be in the city centre within around twenty minutes.

Brooklyn Blitz

Set just a quick ferry ride over from Manhattan, and with various subway stations nearby, the location of this Greenpoint apartment is spot-on. It's ideal for solo travellers or couples visiting the city, while the double sofa bed adds the option for a third or fourth guest (though we recommend the home for a maximum of two). The dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace and you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen that will make home cooking less of a chore. Of course, you'll also have plenty of great cafes, delis and restaurants nearby too. Best of all, the private balcony here serves as a lovely spot for enjoying an evening tipple.
