On a full acre plot next to Gardiner's Bay, it's surrounded by tall trees. Inside, it's modern, bright and relaxing, with subtle nods to its coastal location. Cook in the state-of-the-art kitchen, barbecue outside on the terrace or screen a movie on the home cinema setup. There's ample outdoor seating and a delightful, heated private pool to enjoy, and in the evenings, you could always treat your loved ones to a performance on the home's drumkit. We love the huge, sociable sofa in the living room and the first-floor sun terrace in particular but nothing beats the location of this place. A matter of metres from the beach and surrounded by quiet streets perfect for walks and bike rides, it's also within easy reach of several shops and restaurants.

The third bedroom hosts four guests on two double beds, but the room is large and comfortable, and there's plenty of space throughout to stretch out. The home itself is defined by large windows that welcome the sunlight to sweep through every room and super high ceilings, giving the place a sense of grandeur. The addition of not one, but two wood burning stoves promise to keep you suitably snug throughout your stay, meanwhile the chic eat-in kitchen is kitted out with a host of new appliances, allowing you to rustle up all your best-loved bites in style. 

Clean and contemporary but totally cosy, this place is brought to life by statement light fixtures, beautiful artwork and stylish accessories. We particularly love the choice of soft furnishings in this home – the olive–green sofa is just too sumptuous to resist! Grab yourself a steaming hot Americano from the coffee machine before sinking into the depths of the velvet couch for a taster of pure bliss.

All this being said, if you ask us, the ultimate showstopper sits on the outside of the home. How could we possibly forget to mention the large heated pool? Encompassed by luscious greenery, here you'll have the chance to enjoy an invigorating morning swim. The perfect way to start the day, give your body a full workout before retreating to the poolside chaise loungers for an ice–cold glass of water and a freshly–prepared fruit salad.
We're confident you'll never want to leave this plush, private bolthole, but The Hamptons really is the most stunning location, so be sure to pay a visit to East Hampton Village, just five–minutes away and for a relaxing sandy stroll, head to the glorious Bay Beaches.

This colourful Hamptons home has a laid back, friendly feel that would be perfect for a group of friends or family. In a quiet part of the Northwest Woods area of East Hampton, the house is surrounded by trees which guarantees peace, quiet and privacy to enjoy your trip. We love the playful features of this home, such as the sheep and cow skin rugs, Phillips Hue colour changing lights and floating staircase. The large deck provides plenty of room to stretch out on a sun lounger and top up your tan, before diving into the swimming pool or under the outdoor shower to cool off. When you want to feel the sand between your toes, Sammy's beach is just a stroll away, and it is a short car ride to the iconic Ocean Beaches. You'll also find the quaint villages of Amagansset and Sag Harbor just a ten minute drive away. 

Technicolour Dreamland

A haven of tranquillity, this serene home is perfect for recharging your batteries. Step inside and be soothed by the classic Hamptons style – think ample-sized living spaces designed for entertaining, calm colours inspired by the coast and oodles of windows flooding each room with natural light. It's the ideal family pad, especially with a lounge fit for kids (complete with a pool table) in the basement and a workout room (including a Peloton bike) that fitness buffs will appreciate. And there's no denying that there's plenty of space to spread out. Two main suites have parents and in-laws covered, the sunroom is an excellent spot to enjoy a cup of tea in the afternoons and the kitchen is a dream to cook in, with glossy tiles, high-end appliances and all the crockery you'll need.

Make your way outside and while away sunny days by the pool. Come evening, fire up the barbecue and tuck into an alfresco feast before gathering around the fire pit on the Adirondack chairs to watch the stars come out. The peaceful scenery is made even better by the excellent location. This home is tucked away on a tree-lined cul-de-sac that backs up to a nature preserve, with walking trails right on your doorstep. It's an easy seven-minute drive to the stores, restaurants and coffee shops in East Hampton, while Two Mile Hollow Beach and other stretches of sandy coastline are just eleven minutes away.

But on long summer nights, it's outside around the vast teak dining table that we think you'll want to be. With the firepit aglow and the festoon lights twinkling around the poolside deck, it's a magical place to spend an evening. 

When you're looking to head off property, Sammy's Beach is just a seven-minute drive away – or eleven minutes if you hop on the home's ready and waiting bikes. And you're nearly equidistant from East Hampton (twelve-minute drive) and Bridgehampton (seventeen-minute drive) when it's time to soak up the artsier scene and meet the locals.
