It's only a fifteen-minute walk to Midtown, where you'll find lots of live music, as well as being just moments from Centennial Park. If you're travelling on wheels, you'll find Music Row just a seven-minute drive away and Broadway only eight. That being said, in such a well-appointed abode, you could just as well stay in and play a board game or relax in front of the fire in the stylish living room that comes with fourteen-foot ceilings.

Heart of Nashville

More than a place to stay, this home gives you the chance to experience the musical heart of Nashville. Outside, you can stroll to the nearest bars, restaurants and shops in Edgehill. It’s located directly across from Belmont University and it’s only a short drive to other iconic spots across the city. Wherever the day takes you, this home offers a refreshing city sanctuary. There’s a little patio for evening drinks and the open-plan living room works perfectly for cosy gatherings. Plus, all of the bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms for optimum privacy. 


High Vibes

Located just outside Nashville, this home channels the city’s laid-back, music-infused vibes. Inside, you’ll find a bright open-plan kitchen and living space, four ensuite bedrooms, and an extra bunk room for kids. But the real showstopper is the rooftop terrace. Here, you can lounge or dine beneath the stars with double doors opening into a Speakeasy-inspired games room featuring a shuffleboard table and kitchenette perfect for whipping up cocktails or snacks.

Melody Haven

Set away from the hustle and bustle in the popular Nations neighbourhood, this home is a handy base for visiting Nashville. The open-plan living space has a kitchen-diner, which is great for breakfast before you head out or nights in with a home-cooked meal. The main bedroom is bright and inviting, while the twin room has a single bed with a pull-out trundle, which could feel a little cosy if two of you are sleeping here. Nearby, you can take your pick of local restaurants, bars, and breweries, while downtown Nashville is just a short drive or taxi ride away.

Nations Retreat

Having played an important role in musical history, the city of Nashville still likes to pay homage to that legacy today and this stunning, sustainable home in East Nashville certainly echoes the sentiment. With a similar feel than that of a trendy rock ‘n roll bar, you’ll find yourself completely taken with the striking black lounge and kitchen. We bet you can already see yourself spinning a record on the player and dancing behind the kitchen island as you make a pitcher of margaritas and some chicken wings to snack on. 

When you’re not dancing to Elvis records, you might find yourself snuggled into the lush sofa as you brush up on your musical history, or maybe you’ll take an afternoon nap in one of the inviting bedrooms on the first floor. 

There’s a number of music museums – including one in honour of Johnny Cash – closer to downtown Nashville, so take a ten minute drive to visit them and whilst your out, you may find it hard to resist restaurants like Pinewood Social or a Southern joint like Husk. Drive eleven minutes to Poppy & Peep for a superior chocolate shopping spree and to, hopefully, meet Evan Stoner who also happened to be the interior designer you can thank for the gorgeous styling of the home you’re staying in. 

Head back before dusk to make drinks and head up to the rooftop terrace to watch the colours spilling across the horizon as the sun sets. Switch on the festoon lights overhead and stay there enjoying the open air and a bit of stargazing.

Festoon Lights & Vinyl

“What would Dolly do?” reads the neon writing in this homage to the Queen of Country. Well, she’d probably start with a glass of something bubbly on the rooftop champagne bar before heading into the heart of Nashville’s music and bar scene – Broadway – a ten-minute walk away. Just like Dolly herself, this home is brimming with character and charm. The living room in candyfloss pink has a huge sectional sofa for the group to gather on and the bright motif continues into the rainbow-walled kitchen. Bedrooms have been designed with groups of close friends in mind, with luxurious bunkbeds sitting alongside sprawling doubles. The Dolly Suite is a riot of mid-century chic touches and even the books in the bunkbed room have been arranged into a rainbow. The media room at the top of the home is the perfect spot for an evening screening of 9 to 5, and it leads out to the rooftop “champagne bar”  – the terrace overlooking the neighbourhood roofs, furnished with a wine fridge and full wet bar. Sorry Dolly, it looks like you were wrong, turns out you don’t have to put up with the rain to get the rainbow.

Dolly's Rainbow

This Nashville home is perfectly located for country music enthusiasts. In the heart of the Gulch district, it's a short walk from authentic eateries and boutiques and the buzzing country music bars and venues of Music Row. The bedrooms are spread over two floors, and there are additional sleeping arrangements in the communal spaces. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for sharing home-cooked meals, while the record wall room and sunny roof terrace make great spots for a pre-show drink. 


Country Drive

Spanning four floors with a rooftop deck at the summit, this extravagant guest house to the south of Downtown Nashville is perfect for large groups eager to explore Broadway and the Music City's other attractions. Most of the social areas are on the second floor, where you'll find the open concept living room flowing into the kitchen and dining area. The home's four bedrooms are spread across the other levels, with three boasting en-suites and two offering overflow sleeping arrangements in the form of pull out sofa and day beds. The rooftop is ideal for taking in views of the city, but if you're looking to experience Nashville up close, the buzz of Broadway can be reached in ten minutes by car.

Luxury Loft Haven

Get your dancing shoes at the ready and head to this home in the heart of Nashville. From here, it’s just a short drive to the iconic music venues and bars in Downtown and Broadway. There’s a fantastic selection of restaurants, cafes and shops within easy reach. Plus, the house features a yard with a hammock, bocce ball and a fire-pit for magical evening drinks. You can watch movies on the porch or head inside and relax by the fire in the living room. And if you want to make your stay extra special, your host can help arrange private chefs and massage treatments.

We love the location of this bright and welcoming townhouse. Home to coffee shops, cocktail bars, vintage stores, and an eclectic mix of restaurants, trendy East Nashville has lots to keep you busy. Plus, it’s just a ten-minute drive or taxi ride from downtown Nashville, putting Music City’s famous nightlife within easy reach. Inside, this house has plenty of space to stretch out, including an open-plan living area that’s great for entertaining, and two sofa beds that mean it can sleep up to ten. Our favourite feature is the roof terrace – the best seat in the house for slow mornings with a coffee or cosy evenings at home.

Eastside Retreat

Moments from the vibrant heart of Downtown Nashville, this home makes it easy to enjoy the best of Music City. It’s just a short drive to iconic venues, museums, bars and restaurants. Plus, some of the city’s most loved spots in the Gulch are less than ten-minutes away. Wherever the day takes you, this home opens its doors to fun and relaxation. There’s a games room with ping pong for friendly competition. You can enjoy laidback movie nights in the open-plan living room and there’s a little balcony for sunset drinks. 


Music Dreams

This unique home adds a splash of colour with the bright red walls throughout the hallway, combined with the sleek white walls and cosy decor within the living space. Enjoy morning cups of coffee on the patio that overlooks the iconic Music Row, followed by a delicious homecooked breakfast – enjoy it together at the wooden dining table by the windows.

It's where a large percentage of the country music industry resides including the RCA Studio B where Elvis Presley and Dolly Parton recorded music. Hillsboro Village is only a walk away, with hip cafes, bars, and restaurants, as well as plenty of unique shops to browse.
