With vibrant interiors, mountain views, and plenty of outside space, this Cape Town home has a lot going for it. It's located in the trendy Gardens area, where you'll find restaurants, museums and top attractions. While it's worth noting that at full occupancy five guests will be sleeping in the bedroom loft, there are plenty of living areas for your group to spread out and relax here. Our favourite spot is up on the rooftop terrace – with a dining bench and views of Table Mountain, it's the perfect place to unwind in the evening. There's also a wrap-around balcony for those who prefer a little quiet time after a morning hike or an afternoon swim.

Home truths
At full occupancy, five guests will be sleeping in the bedroom loft. We'd recommend this for young families.
The ceiling in the bedroom loft is on the low side. It might not be suitable for taller guests. There also aren't any doors between the sleeping area and the en-suite bathroom, so it's not very private.
This home is spread over multiple floors with some steep internal stairs, so it won't be suitable for everyone.
The eclectic decor here might not be to everyone's taste.
If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
