Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This home is on the site that once housed the Tel Aviv Zoo. Steeped in history, it’s luxurious living at its finest. You get access to a gym and spa – and there are also bicycles for you to use. On top of all that, it also has two terraces – one for when you’re in the mood for city views, the other with breathtaking sea views. Did we mention that it’s just across the street from the Mediterranean? Shani offers a Beach Tent package for free, which includes a tent, towels, beach games and drinks for you to use for a day of sea, sun, and fun at one of the many nearby beaches.

Local guide
About Kerem Hateimanim
Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
