In the buzzing heart of Tel Aviv, this modern tower apartment overlooks the greenery of Soutine Park. So, here you have the best of both worlds; bakeries, restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep, and a peaceful expanse of trees as your backdrop. The Tel Aviv Museum of Art is just a ten-minute walk, while the beach awaits, twenty-five minutes away on foot. At the apartment, you can enjoy an open living area filled with natural light from big windows and glass doors. There’s a projector and pull-down cinema screen for movie nights and the plush sofa is big enough for the whole family to cuddle up together. The huge collection of books and toys in the second bedroom lets you know this place is kid-friendly, and there’s a separate home office should you need to work remotely. Our favourite spot, though, has to be the terrace outside. We love the hanging egg chair alongside a comfy dining spot, looking out over the Tel Aviv skyline.

About Hakirya
Bordering Sarona to the south, Hakirya is firmly positioned on the outskirts of central Tel Aviv. Granted, it’s not the liveliest area in the city (it’s a mix of offices, business centres, and a military base), but new skyscrapers are popping up here and there, drastically altering the city’s skyline. Hakirya is also home to the Azrieli Center (with one of the city’s biggest shopping centres inside), and it has...

Swing by Olivery for Italian food
Olivery is a cosy Italian restaurant with Sicilian flair. Their pizza is wonderful – and they also have a pretty nice terrace, where you can experience some of that Tel Aviv vibrance.
Savour Vietnamese cuisine at Ca Phe Hanoi
Ca Phe Hanoi serves delicious Vietnamese food and a cocktail menu that's to die for! Soak up their good vibes as you eat Vietnamese spring rolls.
Get cultured at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art
Opened in 1932, this museum is a real Tel Aviv institution. Home to both Israeli and international art, some of the permanent exhibitions include works by Monet, Klimt and Picasso.
Treat yourself to a donut at The Showroom Bakehouse
Inspired by Williamsburg bakeries, The Showroom Bakehouse whips up some seriously delicious pastries. We especially love their signature donuts!
Head to Pastel for an award-wining dining experience
Pastel won an award for the best-designed restaurant in the world in 2014 – no wonder that it's popular with locals!
Dig into a juicy steak at Meat Bar
A neighbourhood favourite, Meat Bar is a must-visit if you're in the area. We love the atmosphere as well as the food, of course. We promise you it won't disappoint!
