Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Such is the way it sprawls up and down the Israeli coastline, Tel Aviv is a city where you're never too far from the seaside. This apartment, for example, is only ten minutes' walk from Gordon Beach and has the sort of easy, breezy feel that is so often found with homes close to the sea. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, which is reflected around the interior by the mirrors, stainless steel kitchen and wealth of sleek surfaces. The stark white walls also lend a sense of brightness, as do the eye-catching hanging light features. While this living space is a pleasant enough space in which to kick back and relax, the home also offers a peaceful private balcony surrounded by plant life As well as the Mediterranean Sea a short stroll away, Dizengoff Street lies just around the corner and has plenty of restaurants, bars and cultural institutions – the Bauhaus Center and Beit Lessin Theatre being just two of them. A little further afield, the Old City is just under twenty-five minutes away by bus.

About Old North

Spanning from Arzolorov Street to Park Hayarkon, the Old North is a well-kept neighbourhood full of classy sea-facing bistros serving Mediterranean delicacies as well as chic cafés and mainstream shopping streets. Its most famous street is Dizengoff Street. Even though many of the shops are high-end, the restaurants and bars are affordable, and many Tel-Avivians come here to enjoy a drink in some of the stylish cocktail bars that are dotted along the street and its offshoots.
