Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Let us introduce you to some of the best views in Tel Aviv. Whether you're relaxing from the privacy of your own balcony or the luxury of the rooftop pool, you're afforded an incredible view of the city blending into the sea. The balcony is the preferred spot if you like to keep things low-key and peaceful. Open up a bottle of arak and serve some shakshuka, enjoying each sip and bite as you listen to the gentle sound of the waves lapping onto the shore. If you open the patio doors, you can also hear the waves from the comfort of the living room. Bright and airy, it's a radiant space that's flooded with natural light and adorned by deluxe fittings. The living room is perfect for those snug nights in, but the daytime is made for sunbathing by the pool. Take your towel and refreshments for opulent days on the rooftop, breaking up the sunbathing session with refreshing dips in the water. If you prefer swimming in the sea than to the pool, you're just moments away from the glistening coastline. Lined next to the golden sands, you'll find a plethora of authentic eateries, independent stores and cool coffee...

About Kerem Hateimanim

Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
