This artsy apartment is the perfect choice for those looking for something a little different in Green Point. Within easy walking distance, you’ve got the shops and restaurants of the charming V&A Waterfront and De Waterkant Village. From the whitewashed wooden loft flooded with natural light to the quirky outside spaces, a lot of care and attention has gone into the design of this place. We love the main bedroom – the sunshine streams in through the skylights and it has its very own balcony with a hanging chair and sun lounger overlooking the rooftops. Balls of twine and hand-woven rugs against the white backdrop throughout provide the artsy feel, as well as distressed dressers and potted plants. For a breath of fresh air, the bright blue courtyard space is ideal – catching the sun at the peak of the day, but shaded on all sides for privacy. There’s lots to love in the living room too, with a cast iron fireplace in the corner and a boho-chic feel to the furniture.
