Minutes away from the exclusive Malanquín golf club, this charming fairytale home can be found on the outskirts of San Miguel de Allende town centre. Clearly well located, that might not matter all that much once you step inside and decide you never want to leave. With balcony views out over the bright green golf course, a courtyard garden that feels a little magical, and a loggia where you can watch the flames dance whilst socialising over a glass of wine, the outdoor area is a win. Of course, the indoor space has just as much to offer – we’re talking statement fireplaces that walk hand in hand with beautiful arches and a striking colour palette. There’s a mix of old and new, which might make you feel an equal measure of relaxation and awe – probably more of the latter when you’re standing in the turret entrance hall. Spend mornings reading sprawled on the sofa, breakfasts dining alfresco, afternoons playing pool in the second reception room, and evenings enjoying ice-cold beers with nibbles and a side of stargazing.
