Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

This apartment is the epitome of refinement on the Mediterranean coast, just a five-minute walk from the golden sands and shallow waters of Aviv Beach. Located so centrally, you can immerse yourself in the city’s vibrant and historied culture within moments of leaving your sleek base. The building itself was designed by one of Israel’s leading architects and has been furnished by famed interior designer, Ariella Azaria, so you can expect nothing less than luxury. You’ll find a light-filled contemporary interior and a sociable open-plan living space cloaked in high-end finishes and adorned with gold accents. We especially love how the natural light and sea views become part of this space – unwind on the velour sofa after a busy day sampling the local cuisine in your neighbourhood’s vibrant eateries or put the slick modern kitchen into action by trying out some Israeli flavours.

Local guide

About Kerem Hateimanim

Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
