If this view doesn't say Tel Aviv, we don't know what else will. With the glistening Mediterranean Sea framed by the city's iconic white buildings (they don't call this place The White City for nothing), you can't help but swoon the minute you step inside this palatial pad. With such high-end interiors and impeccable finishes, it will come as no surprise this home is designed by one of Israel's leading architects. No detail has been spared here, from the two sophisticated living spaces (isn't that statement lighting everything?), two state-of-the-art kitchens (anyone up for a cooking duel?) and boutique-style bedrooms behind sleek crittal doors (form an orderly queue for that bedroom with a private balcony, folks). Set in an oh-so-exclusive residential complex, you can expect gold-standard facilities and service here. Downstairs there's a supped-up fitness suite for banking a workout. And a concierge team on hand to cater for your every whim. Perfectly placed right in the city's heart, you can mooch along the seaside promenade in just minutes. Dive into the charming streets of the Yemenite neighbourhood with its atmospheric bars and restaurants to keep the night flowing. Or swing by the iconic Carmel Market to grab local delicacies to savour... at home around that perfectly-placed alfresco dining table. Time it right, and you'll be rewarded with a colossal sunset as your backdrop.

Local guide
About Kerem Hateimanim
Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
