In the town of Paralimni, this villa puts you just 300 metres from the nearest sandy beach. The coastline here is studded with sandy bays between the cliffs, where crystal shallows laps at the shore. Should you need to stock up on supplies or fancy a night out, the restaurants, supermarkets and bars of Paralimni are a leisurely walk or a short drive away. 

It would be easy to while away your days at the villa itself, plunging into the turquoise pool to cool off and stretching out on a sun lounger to dry off. And repeat. Come lunchtime, there’s a sunny dining spot up on the rooftop terrace, where you can catch a glimpse of the sea between the sugar-white houses. Or, dine at the shaded table by the poolside.

I'm Never Leaving

Yes, this villa is only 400 metres from the beach and not much further to the centre of the resort town of Protaras, but we'd like this address even if it was in the middle of nowhere. Only recently built, the interior feels fresh and contemporary, but our greatest praise is reserved for the outdoor space. Not only is there a particularly inviting swimming pool, but there's also a balcony with glorious views of the Med and vast amounts of terrace space on which to sunbathe, dine alfresco to even play pool out in the open air.

Feelgood Factory

Blending right into Fig Tree Bay but within walking distance of the lively Protaras, this is a villa that truly offers it all. Take the kids out to snorkel in the ocean or have a night out in Ayia Napa with friends. Either way, you can return to relaxing on the patio as you watch the sun set over the ocean or heading inside for a final drink in the jacuzzi. A visit to this home is a total escape from the stress of modern life. With its naturally lit and open-plan interior, the moment you set foot inside, you’ll feel your entire body relax into the expansive sea views.

Unlatched

This villa opens its doors to a swimming pool, garden and dining terrace, making it perfect for families and friends looking for a private outside space to relax and soak up the sunshine. Though, our favourite spot is on the rooftop terrace, with beautiful views out to the sea. Inside, it's bright and open, but the interiors are fairly uninspired. The bedrooms are on the smaller side too, so with recommend packing light. Location-wise, the villa is just a five-minute walk from the nearest sandy beach and is ideal for exploring the beautiful resort of Protaras. 

The Garden in Blue 


Perfect for sand and sea lovers looking for a Mediterranean break, this contemporary villa in Protaras is only a ten-minute drive away from multiple stunning beaches. 

Start off your morning with a swim in the private pool and dry off on a sun lounger. Rustle up tasty meals and eat them on the terrace, or take a five-minute drive to one of the many restaurants and bars nearby.

Spend the day exploring the golden sands and clear waters of Fig Tree Bay, find turtles snorkeling by Green Bay, and soak in the beauty of secluded gem Sirena Bay - all within a ten-minute drive from the villa. 

You can also stroll through the pine forests of the Cape Greco National Forest Park, or climb the hill up to the Byzantine-style Church of Prophet Elias – which has its very own Wishing Tree – after a ten-minute drive down the road. When you’re done with your adventures, admire the sunset on the villa’s rooftop terrace.

White Fig Bay

For those in search of a refreshing island escape, this contemporary home is a great option. From here, it’s just a five-minute walk to the heart of Protaras, while the famous Fig Tree Bay is also within easy walking distance. This won’t be the best option if you’re looking for total privacy and seclusion, but it is family-friendly with space to relax both inside and out. There is a private pool, a shaded terrace and a barbecue. Plus, your host is on hand to help organise sweet extras like welcome hampers and airport transfers.

Moments away from Konnos Beach and Cape Greco National Forest Park, this beautiful villa is the ideal place to relax whilst still exploring this corner of Cyprus in your own time. With the living space designed so that it opens out onto the terrace on two sides, you’ll not only be bathed in light as you read on the plush sofa, but you can also expect to have the sea-salt air carried in on the breeze. With that in mind, spend lazy mornings simply breathing it in as you enjoy freshly-brewed coffee on the balcony and escape to the terrace for an alfresco breakfast. 

When you’re not in the crystalline waters of the private pool, you might be sitting back in with a glass of wine as you admire the ocean views on the horizon. Read under a palm tree on the lawn or doze off on the sun lounger as you catch up on your favourite podcast. 

Visit Cyclops Cave or head the other way to visit Protaras, but make sure to stop off at the taverna for an authentic taste of Cyprus.

Enjoy doing sweet nothing from this dreamy villa while on a sunny escape in the resort town of Protaras. That's if you count – sunbathing on the terrace loungers, tucking into delicious alfresco breakfasts and floating in the private swimming pool – as doing nothing, of course. And there'll be no judgement from us if you count these as the day's main activities. 

With plenty of sun-drenched outdoor space to call your own here, it's more than likely, you'll wish to spend much of your time outside soaking up the Cypriot sun. However, it's safe to say you'll find the contemporary living space indoors just as enticing. Floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors invite in a free flow of natural daylight that bounces through the space with good vibes and a summer spirit. Meanwhile, the minimal designs in a white and grey colour scheme encourage guests to relax in a fuss-free environment far away from the stresses of daily life. 

Upstairs, you'll find scenic views overlooking the landscaped garden and surrounding fauna and flora. From here, you'll be just a five-minute walk from the beach, an array of lively bars, delicious eateries and close-by shops. Making this luxurious villa – the perfect getaway for those seeking a family break by the beach and the convenient resort town lifestyle. 





Sweet Nothing 

Sunrise Beach is a ten-minute walk from this home, putting you in a prime spot for exploring Protaras. Restaurants, bars, and shops are also nearby – although we still suggest a car if you plan to adventure further afield. A private swimming pool awaits back at the villa, as do a roof terrace and an alfresco dining area. Sleek and modern, the design won't suit guests looking for a lot of character. That said, we're big fans of the breezy living space, which effortlessly embraces indoor-outdoor living.
