Cushions, throws, plants and prints all give this place a homely vibe, perfect for families or friends.

We love this apartment's contemporary interior, with warm-toned low-hanging light fixtures setting the mood above the dining table and chic stools tucked into the breakfast bar. It's wonderfully sociable, where you can cook, eat, talk, and relax, all together in one room. The huge patio doors create a wonderful sense of indoor/outdoor living, inviting the Spanish sun to light up the home's bright walls. Both bedrooms have a patio door too – stepping straight onto your terrace and feeling the morning sun on your face is the perfect wake-up call.

It's the spacious terrace that's the main talking point here. We love how there's enough space to eat meals alfresco around the dining table as well as a comfortable outdoor sofa and loungers to soak up the Costa del Sol sun. Spend lazy mornings sipping fresh coffee while looking out at the calm Mediterranean Sea before heading downstairs to the pool. Just a few footsteps from the beach, a spot on the Costa del Sol doesn’t get much better than this. As well as a two-minute walk to the soft-sanded Saladillo Beach for a cooling dip in the sea, you’ve got access to a shared swimming pool too. Along the beachfront, you’ve got a buzzing boardwalk lined with shops, restaurants and bars. Or, head to the glitzy town of Marbella, just a twenty-minute drive up the coast.

The apartment itself feels traditionally southern Spanish with crisp white walls and dark-wood accents inside. The sleek white kitchen has everything you need for self-catering and the living area is a stylish and charming spot to put your feet up at the end of the day. Our favourite place has to be the private terrace, furnished with a dining table, covered by a wooden ceiling and looking out over the rustling palm trees. 

Coastal Boast

This fabulous Spanish apartment has it all – modern interiors, fantastic amenities and bags of space for all four of you to stretch out and relax. We absolutely adore the balcony dining area, where you can gaze at the sea in the distance while you enjoy tucking into tasty tapas or sharing a pitcher of cocktails. You also have a lovely lounge area for when you want to put your feet up. 

A stay here means you’ll also have access to the resort that the home sits on – you’ll enjoy use of a stunning outdoor pool where you can stay cool, plus a man-made lagoon with water activities that are included in your stay, along with a sandy shore so you can enjoy all the fun of the beach right on your doorstep. There’s a gym and sauna for when you want to work up a sweat, plus some gorgeous wooden hot tubs that make for a fab place to watch the sunset. You’ll also find restaurants and bars where you can get a cold glass of sangria in a vibrant atmosphere.

When you want to venture out further, Estepona sits just a short drive away, where you can find a beautiful beach as well as many quaint cafes and friendly bars.


Spanish Sapphire

Enjoy a serene stay at this smart and stylish apartment, based in Celere Doña Julia, close to the golf course and just a short walk to the sea. We recommend you spend each morning sipping on a mimosa out on your balcony as you watch the sunrise over the ocean. Come inside and cook up a delicious Spanish breakfast of huevos rotos, and dine all together around your lovely dining set – or, eat alfresco on your balcony if you’d like to take in more of the views. Head down to the shared gym to work up a sweat, and then enjoy a refreshing dip in the communal outdoor pool to cool off. Head out to explore the many beaches on this coastline, or visit friendly restaurants and vibrant bars in town. When you return, pop open a bottle of Cava to enjoy on your balcony, and share a toast to your getaway while the sky turns pink.
