This modern apartment is a great fit for families and groups of friends exploring the Costa del Sol. It sits just a five-minute walk from Playa de Torreblanca, as well as the shops, restaurants and bars along the promenade. There's a lot to love about this chic penthouse, and the outdoor spaces are at the top of the list. Not only is there a plunge pool on the private roof terrace and a separate balcony for sundowners, but the Mediterranean views are top-notch. Overlooking the first and second holes of a neighbouring golf course, we feel compelled to stress that this villa is way more than a glorified viewing platform. By all means, sit out on the balcony and watch players make their way along the fairway, but if you're not into the sport, why not paddle about in the heated infinity pool, sit back in the Jacuzzi or cook up something tasty on the barbecue instead?

We're happy to tell you that there are plenty more thrills inside, too. In the games room, you'll find a pool table, bar and kitchenette, while the huge kitchen will be appreciated by the culinary gifted. Elsewhere, there are a couple of elegant bathtubs in which you can luxuriate after a long day exploring the local area.

And there is plenty to see around here. The yachts and shops of Puerto Banús marina take less than ten minutes to reach in the car, and there's also a beach there, too. The historical centre of Marbella is a twenty-minute drive as well.

Being so close to not one but two 18-hole golf courses, a round or two is obligatory. The apartment itself is modern and practical, but it lacks some character. That said, there’s a bright open-plan living room for relaxing and a lovely sea view to admire while you’re preparing a tapas dinner. We think this location makes for a great Costa del Sol base – golf courses, sandy beaches, and well-known beach restaurants are all within easy reach.

Boasting spectacular south-facing views of the Mediterranean sea, enjoy the serene scapes come night or daytime. Balancing indoor and outdoor living couldn't be easier here as bi-fold doors bring the outside in and extend the living area out onto the patio. So relax by the pool on the day beds or perch with a book in the shade on one of the plush sofas. 

We love the clean lines and blue and white colour scheme seen throughout the villa, which offers a soothing space to relax in style. Underfloor heating carried across the main rooms during the slightly chillier months will keep your toes warm.
