If you’re here for sun, surf, and sand, you’re in luck. Not only will you be within easy walking distance of the nearest beach, but you’ll have unlimited access to the resort’s communal swimming pool, perfect for cooling off when temperatures reach their peak.

Whether you’re travelling with family or friends, you’ll find something for everyone to enjoy here. Inside, there’s a kitchen with all the accoutrements for home cooking and an en-suite bedroom with access to the furnished terrace. While this home can sleep four guests, two will be on the sofa bed in the living area, which will compromise any social space. If exploring is on the itinerary, the Balcón de Europa viewpoint and Carabeillo Beach are within easy walking distance of your doorstep.

There’s no doubt this is one of Nerja’s most impressive sea-grazing apartments. With a Scandi-luxe interior and compelling panoramic views all the way across the Mediterranean, this apartment is a sumptuous place to call home. Get set to escape reality and embrace all things coastal as you retreat to this sensational Malagan oasis.

Inside, it's a vision of its own, with minimal design elements and Spanish-influenced furnishings. Lounging and dining in this space feels cosy and opulent – a linen sofa and marble coffee tables are accompanied by considered touches whilst the sleek wooden table is positioned under the lantern mood lights – allowing you to create your perfect ambience. We particularly love the industrial accents – the iron-framed bedroom is a uniquely cool design feature. We can't speak about this home and not mention the views, however. From your private terrace, there are panoramas of the Balcón de Europa and Carabeo coves –  make the most of the vistas from the cosy lounge chairs, a Malaga digestif in hand.

With access to the resort’s plush daybeds and crystalline pool, you’ll be able to soak up the sun decadently. Though you might find all the relaxation you need is right here at home, the sparking waters along the Carabeo sands are right off your doorstep.

Situated in a modern apartment complex overlooking the Mediterranean, this cosy home is a great option for couples, families, and groups of friends looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and unwind on Spain’s stunning Costa Del Sol. 

We love the uncluttered feel of the interior here – think white walls and sleek Swedish furniture – but it’s the outside space that really stands out. Boasting lush communal gardens and a secluded private terrace, this is the perfect place to soak up the Spanish sun and unwind with all your favourite people. 

Start your morning with a dip in the dreamy infinity pool then settle in for a day of relaxation on the veranda. When it’s time to eat, grab a bite at one of the city’s leading restaurants – paella, anyone? – or rustle up a delicious home-cooked meal in the well-stocked kitchen. 

If you fancy getting out and about, there’s plenty to keep you occupied in Nerja’s historic centre, but if we were you, we’d be tempted to stay put and make the most of the view. This stunning Andalusian villa is the perfect getaway for a holiday with your loved ones. The interior of the home is very nicely designed, but it’s the exterior we’re most enthusiastic about. With an infinity pool, ping-pong table and several lovely terraces (including a rooftop one) we don’t blame you if you’d like to spend all your time here. If you want the best of both – the beach is a thirty-minute walk away and the beautiful cities of Málaga and Granada are roughly an hour’s drive down the road.

In the picturesque coastal town of Nerja, this contemporary villa is tucked away on a cul-de-sac. Featuring a wrap-around balcony and private garden, there are plenty of cosy corners from which to enjoy the sunshine, our favourite being the private pool. We love that you don’t need a car here, as the centre of Nerja is just a fifteen-minute walk away. A stroll in the opposite direction will take you to Playa de Burriana, a long stretch of sandy beach known as the area’s top spot for swimming. You'll also find watersports and beach volleyball here if you're looking for ways to keep the kids entertained.

It’s just a short walk through pretty gardens to Burriana Beach, and Nerja town centre is roughly twenty minutes away on foot, so you’ll be well-positioned for exploring both the coast and inland. This apartment also benefits from having access to a stunning shared pool, where you can cool off from the Spanish sun. You’ll also find a whole host of restaurants and bars right on your doorstep, ideal for when you want to go on an impromptu wander.

Wake up each morning and cook up a tasty Spanish breakfast of churros and coffee, and dine together alfresco around your outdoor dining set while you drink in the views of the ocean. Relax on your private terrace on a sun lounger while you wait for the sun to come up. As the heat rises, head down to the communal pool to cool off, or walk to the beach for a sea swim and a sunbathe. Head to a beach bar for cocktails, or visit the nearby ornamental lake to spot fish and gaze at the lush greenery. Mountains and in the other, it’s a leisurely walk to Nerja’s beachfront. Simplicity is the watchword, inside and out. On the edge of Nerja, where the beachy resort town ends and the wild mountains of Andalucia begin, you’ll find this apartment. It sits in a charming complex of red-roofed villas and apartments reminiscent of Andalucia’s shambling mountain villages. Plus, there’s a huge shared swimming pool, kids’ play area and shops and restaurants onsite.

What we love most about this apartment has to be the view from the private terrace. From the shaded dining table, you’ve got a fabulous panorama over the rooftops of Nerja to the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. There’s also a rattan set of sofa and chairs out here, perfect for a sundowner or two. Inside, it feels like an homage to traditional southern Spain with a cooling tiled floor, crisp white walls and an old, decorative fireplace in the living room. A brick archway separates the living and dining room from the full kitchen. Those that bag the main bedroom can enjoy direct access to the terrace.

Just a short stroll from sandy beaches, this functional Nerja apartment is perfect if you need a no-frills base to return to after a day in the sun. The communal pool is sure to be a hit on those really hot days, and while the balcony might not have much of a view, it's a private spot ideal for a cocktail.
