This villa is all about relaxing. From the sauna and Jacuzzi to the comfy outdoor lounge and sumptuous bedrooms, the focus here is on unwinding and easing into a slower pace of life. It’s on a cliffside in Port Andratx and boasts pretty remarkable sunsets and sea views. We love the outside space, with its infinity pool and quiet corners, but the interior is stylish and comfortable too. There’s plenty of action to be had in town, and you’re close to golf courses too, so we recommend hiring a car unless you’re really keen on winding down.

Less than a five-minute drive away, the local village centre offers shops and restaurants to explore. Meanwhile, San Telmo and Port d’Andratx are the nearest hotspots if you're looking to hit the beach. There are also regular ferry trips to the protected natural park of Dragonera, where you can arrange to go diving or hiking on the breathtaking Dragonera Island.

Even without the panoramic vistas, the home's exterior is designed to make the most of the island's 300 days of sun each year. Lay out by the infinity-edge pool on a sun lounger, seek out a shaded spot to get lost in the pages of a good book, and tuck into mouthwatering homemade meals at any of several outdoor dining spots. 

The home's interior is as classic as they come, with exposed wooden beams, terracotta tiled floors and antique pieces. We particularly loved the bright and breezy living room with its open fire and the book-lined library on the first floor. In addition to three homely bedrooms in the central part of the home, there's a separate guesthouse on the grounds with an additional twin bedroom and kitchenette – ideal for a multi-generational family getaway.

Mallorca is known for its spectacular scenery, so as tempting as it may be to stay put, you'd be missing out if you didn't explore a little further. The unusual flat rock beach and trendy Gran Folies Beach Club are within walking distance, while nearby Port d'Andratx is lined with luxury yachts and some of the finest seafood establishments in the Med. Alternatively, head to the island's cosmopolitan capital of Palma and explore its atmospheric old town on foot.

This sky-skimming apartment sits on the cliff above the sands of Platja des Geperut is paradise itself. Located moments from the lapping waves, this home offers a contemporary retreat along the Mallorcan coast.

One of the main allures can be found on the patio, where you can lounge out in the garden, sip an icy glass of Hierbas de Mallorca and watch the sparkling Mediterranean waters.

Follow the footpath from your villa down to San Telmo, where you can enjoy a day on the beach soaking up the sun before indulging in a sea-grazing feast at one of the waterfront tavernas.

One glance at the harbour views and you'll see why this former fisherman's cottage caught our eye. It's in the heart of Port d'Andratx, with a sweeping terrace that overlooks the sea. The scenery is unbeatable whether you're enjoying an alfresco breakfast or panoramic sundowners. There's even an ice cream shop downstairs for a mid-afternoon treat. We think the interiors are a touch traditional, but the apartment offers all the essential amenities. Just keep in mind that it can be a little noisy, as it's smack-dab in the centre of town.

Perched above Port d’Andratx and with uninterrupted views of its sparkling waters, this charming villa offers a relaxing retreat. 

Step inside this Mediterranean villa and you’ll find a traditional interior, buttery hues and plush furnishings that will make you feel right at home, as soon as your feet touch the Cotto tiles. A wall of French doors makes the interior feel lovely and bright as you turn pages of your holiday read on the plump sofas – though we expect you’ll want to make the most of the impressive outdoors. 

There’s a balcony to sip your morning coffee from and an expansive patio to soak up the sun on. Cool off from the midday sun in the pristine pool, and make the most of the alfresco dining setup with a barbecue. Guests here really can spend every hour of the day admiring the views and revelling in the weather.  

The Tramuntana mountains are the perfect backdrop for memorable dinners along the water’s edge – the historic fishing fleet continues to supply fresh local delicacies right off the coast, so we recommend sampling the local seafood. A day trip to Palma might also be on the cards – it’s thirty-five minutes away. There you can stroll the historic streets, dine in top-notch restaurants and explore galleries and museums – it’s well worth the journey.

Visit the stunning Dragonera National Park by boat if you're looking to appreciate natural beauty, or take the short drive to the nearby Port d'Andratx, where you can try your hand at scuba diving and sailing, or go on a submarine tour. Looking to discover the local culture? You'll be within reach of museums, galleries and a whole host of restaurants offering fantastic local cuisine. Ideal for both families or a group of friends, the private pool lets you spend time together privately as a group. And if the sun gets too much, there's plenty of space indoors to relax, while the pergola is perfect for shaded alfresco dining. If you decide to explore, you'll find both Port Adriano and Port Andratx close by.

This is the sort of spectacular home that is certain to draw gasps as you wander around for the first time. The view of Port D'Andratx and the Mediterranean Sea from the hillsides position is impressive enough but the beautiful design and wealth of amenities only add to this splendour.

Only finished in 2021, the interior is as contemporary as they come, with a chef-standard kitchen, a chic collection of furnishings and inbuilt technology to control everything from temperature, lighting and entertainment from touchscreens. Head down to the lower level of the home and you'll find both a wine cellar and a spa area, complete with a Jacuzzi, sauna and massage foot basin.

Of course, given the glorious Mallorcan climate, you will probably want to spend as much time outdoors as possible and that's more than doable at the address thanks to a swimming pool from which you get perhaps the best views from anywhere on the site. That being said, the vista is no less impressive from the outdoor kitchen or the terrace. 

When you fancy a change of scenery at any point — if indeed you do — the seafront restaurants of Port D'Andratx take just over five minutes to reach in the car and Cala Blanca sits double that amount of time away for when you fancy a day at the beach.
