Close to La Alameda and the eye-catching Setas de Sevilla, this apartment offers a central stay with plenty to see and do within walking distance. While it’s not the biggest pad in our collection, there’s plenty to appreciate in its contemporary decor, including colourful art and Juliet balconies in the living room – perfect for perching next to with a glass of Spanish red. Two guests will need to share the sofa bed if you’re travelling with a group of four, and there’s not much in the way of a view from the bedroom. But for those looking to experience Seville to its fullest, this apartment is a great place from which to do so. 


Sevillian Sway

Though it may be pocket-sized, there’s much to like about this central Sevillian studio – chiefly, its sunny terrace. Perfect for enjoying morning coffees ahead of sightseeing or glasses of Spanish wine before dining out at one of the many local eateries, it’s a definite highlight. Though there’s plenty more to appreciate. Colourful decor brightens the space and though we think it’s better suited to two guests, the sofa here works as a small bed suitable for a child making it ideal for couples or small families looking for a handy base from which to explore the sights. Speaking of which, it’s just a five-minute walk from the Cathedral of Seville and an easy walk from the Torre del Oro, the Royal Alcázar and Plaza de Toros.

For a city-centre stay in Seville that feels like an escape to a private palace, this spectacular home is the one. The owners of this quirky and luxurious home have poured their hearts into making it something truly special. The result? An urban oasis. 

Laze around in the courtyard, listening to the fountain trickle, breathing in the scent of oranges. Or maybe you’ll start your day with a swim? Spread over three floors and boasting terraces and a gorgeous garden, this tranquil getaway feels miles from the city. In reality, you’re right in the thick of things. A seven-minute stroll will take you to the Seville Museum of Fine Arts, and the cathedral is only eighteen minutes away. Hop in a cab to get to Plaza de Espana in fifteen minutes, and spend your afternoon admiring the architecture and sipping coffee. There’s so much to see and do in Seville, whether you’re a gourmand, a dedicated shopper or a history buff. 

When your feet are tired and you can’t take in any more sights, return to the villa and settle in for some serious R&R. You can book spa treatments on-site, or get stuck into making cocktails to enjoy on the rooftop terrace – the view over the city when the sun sets is something special. 


Orange Trees in Seville

Dating back to the 1500s when the building served as a school before becoming barracks in the 1800s, it now welcomes families on their Seville getaway. It has since been modernised, but some original charms remain in vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. Though the history here is fascinating, and the apartment is spacious, the location is what drew us in. It's opposite the House of Sirens and only a stone's throw from Alameda de Hercules. You can also find some of Seville's landmark sights within walking distance. 

The Old Spanish School

In the heart of the Santa Cruz district, this sleek apartment places you perfectly to make the most of the city’s historic sights. From here, you'll find the Giralda, the Alcázar, and Plaza de España within easy walking distance, while the area is surrounded by authentic restaurants, tapas bars, and shops. Back home, the interiors are a little generic for our liking, although it's a comfy place to relax in between sightseeing ventures. The kitchen is equipped for preparing homemade meals and with two en-suite bathrooms you'll be up and out from the get-go. The Juliet balcony leading off the main bedroom is also a nice touch and a great spot for morning coffees.

Boasting impressive views of the Torre del Oro from the building's shared roof terrace, this pad puts you right in the heart of historic Seville. Located in the authentic Triana neighbourhood, you'll be surrounded by cultural attractions, traditional tapas bars and great restaurants. While the apartment itself isn't the most inspiring, the handy kitchen is ideal for prepping a light bite before setting off. When you’re not out exploring, however, the communal solarium and rooftop pool serve as a lovely spot to unwind and work on your tan.

Seville Star

If you fancy a bit of glamour while staying in Seville, well then how about this place with its communal roof terrace complete with a swimming pool, sun loungers and dining areas? Imagine having a sundowner while taking in the views of the golden Torre del Oro. There are no vistas, sadly, from the home itself – most windows overlook other apartments, but the accommodation is comfortable, and we especially like the main bedroom with its en-suite. Location-wise, the area is fantastic as the abode is situated on Calle Betis, so you'll have plenty of tapas bars and shops on your doorstep. Many of the city’s iconic landmarks are easily reached, too, including Seville Cathedral, just over 1 kilometre away.

Occupying a beautiful spot on the banks of the river, this apartment places you in the perfect spot to explore Seville. The home itself offers everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether you're working at the desk or prepping a quick snack in the small kitchen. But the real standout here is the apartment building's outside space. Upstairs, you'll find a communal rooftop terrace, swimming pool and a solarium where you can bask in the sunshine while looking out to the striking Torre del Oro. Beyond, it's a short stroll to many of the city's historical sights, countless tapas bars, and an array of authentic eateries.

The home itself isn't the most soulful or inspiring space, although the open living area and kitchen make for seamless modern living. But, the real standout here is up on the building's rooftop terrace where you'll find a solarium, an outside dining area and a swimming pool. We can think of nowhere better to relax with a glass of sangria after a day spent traversing the city.
