You’ll find this penthouse apartment in the heart of Seville on the historic Feria Street. The pad has everything you need to show up and start living – there’s a well-equipped kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms. The fifth guest will sleep on the mezzanine level above the living area, so it’s not the most private and due to the sloping ceilings, we think the space is better suited for a child. Outside, you’ll find a furnished terrace – the ideal spot for sundowners. Head into your local area for shops, bars and restaurants or walk a little further for attractions such as the Cathedral, Alcázar and Metropol Parasol.

Inside, the living room took our breath away with its 7-metre high ceilings and large mullion windows with columns, which separate the living room from a gallery with views over the palace's interior patio.

This apartment is located in a sought-after area in Seville’s historic centre, so you’ll have plenty of monuments and attractions to visit, such as Seville Cathedral, 400 metres away. There are an array of tapas bars and restaurants on your doorstep too.

Although this apartment sits in the middle of Seville, you can immediately dismiss any preconceptions of cramped accommodation that is all too often found in city centres – this home is generous with space, both inside and out.

There's an elegant feel to the open-concept living-dining area, with stark white walls adorned with large pieces of vibrant artwork and shiny tiling underfoot reflecting the natural light that streams in through the French doors. Throughout the rest of the home, there's a minimalist approach to decoration, especially in the smart kitchen and bright bedrooms.

One asset that's sure to win you over is the terrace complete with an alfresco dining table and a separate lounge area that sits underneath a thatched roof. It's a perfectly peaceful place to escape the hustle and bustle of Seville's streets, which lie just outside the front door. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by the host, who will check you in and provide local tips and tricks.

In a city like Seville with its fair share of opulent architecture, it only feels fitting to stay somewhere with a palatial feel. This home in the centre of Seville more than fits the bill on that front.

Accessed by a pretty tiled courtyard surrounded by a verandah, the interior benefits from high coffered ceilings, tall windows and smart parquet flooring, while there's a collection of chic furnishings, vibrant artworks and eye-catching lighting that all score well in the style stakes. Although there's an innate sense of history inside, much of the home leans on the contemporary side, especially the glossy kitchen and bathrooms.

As well as the aforementioned courtyard, guests can also make the most of the Andalusian summer up on the private terrace complete with a view of the city's rooftops and uninterrupted skyline. Alternatively, you can explore the leafy expanse of Jardines de Murillo, just over five minutes' walk away. This is just one of a huge amount of attractions that can be easily reached from the home on foot, including the ruins of a Roman temple just around the corner.

You can happily spend your evenings strolling along the vibrant streets, calling into eateries as they take your fancy. In Seville, you’re never far from your next great meal. 

The apartment itself is a dreamy place to return to when your feet are sore and you’re a little weary after a day spent exploring the sights. It’s chic and modern, with comfort at its core. The open-plan dining and living space is the heart of the home, with deep sofas for you to sink into and a dining table for when you don’t feel like eating out. With a prime location for exploring the city, it serves as a convenient base for a small family or group of friends. Although there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the local area, the home's open-plan kitchen and living area provides a sociable setting for hosting your own dinner soirées too. It's worth noting, however, that while the balcony opens the space out to ambient views of the city, there isn't enough space to sit outside.

We particularly loved spending sunset there, watching the dreamy tones turn the sky into a dusty red. If you wanted to invite guests over for drinks and dinner, it's the perfect space.

Inside from the terrace, you'll find an open-plan living space that's tailor-made for couples or small families. Two chairs are tucked under the tv and a deluxe sofa faces the floor-to-ceiling terrace doors. Cute and cosy, it's a snug spot to relax in the evenings with a book and a hot drink. 

As much as we think you'll love the intimate vibe of the apartment, you didn't come to Seville to stay inside. Luckily, you're expertly placed to explore the city. The cathedral and the Giralda are just a minute away by foot, giving you instant access to the jewels of the city.

With two outside spaces and an enviable downtown location, this bright apartment is ideal for first-time visitors and return travellers alike. Inside, it’s comfortable and practical. There’s an open-plan living area with comfortable seating and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the accoutrements you need for plating up home-made tapas. With rooftop vistas from your stunning 530sq ft terrace, we can't imagine anywhere we'd rather be as the sun sets and the iconic Giralda Tower is romantically lit up.

Here, the name of the game is relaxed luxury in a perfectly central spot. There's a quality to everything, from the materials used to the furniture and decorative pieces chosen – it's a modern, all-white affair with comfortable living space indoors and out. The living room's huge sliding doors open out to the shaded terrace, where you'll find a dining table, bar area and plenty of seating – not to mention panoramic views across the heart of this historic city.

From here, it's just a matter of steps to some of the neighbourhood's excellent restaurants, bars and shops, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance. We think it's a real gem.

From here, it’s just a short stroll to the Cathedral and the Alcázar, while restaurants, cafes and shops are all within walking distance. Wherever the day takes you, this apartment provides a welcoming sanctuary to relax and unwind. Complimentary toiletries are provided and children’s amenities are available on request, plus there’s a handy sofa bed for two extra guests. It’s possible you may hear some street noise throughout your stay, but this is a great option for guests in search of style, comfort and convenience. 


The King of Light

This newly renovated home in Seville’s central Arenal neighbourhood is an absolute winner. The epitome of stylish sophistication, this elegant abode features a lovely light-filled open plan living and dining area with a modern built-in kitchen, ideal for whipping up a light lunch, and a Juliet balcony overlooking the sunny street – the perfect place to people-watch.  

You’ll want to make the most of this home’s prime location at the heart of this seductive Spanish city. However, the cherry on the cake is revealed when you make your way up to the rooftop terrace. Here you'll find comfortable furniture as well as sweeping views of the cathedral and Giralda tower. Not to mention the endless array of sunshine found up here to soak up in between excursions out in Seville. 

Located just a few meters from the likes of Seville's famous Cathedral, Giralda Tower, Alcázar, Archivo de Indias and the Torre del Oro – you'll be well-positioned for discovering the city's sights on foot. Meanwhile, there'll be little need to step foot on public transport when it comes to eating out, as there are a variety of tapas bars and Andalusian restaurants also in the local area. 



Life & Soul 

This modern apartment piqued our interest with its stylish interiors, ample-sized living spaces and excellent location. We think it's a fantastic place to come home to after an afternoon exploring Seville. Kick off your shoes and make yourself comfortable on the cushy sofas (a glass of Cava, optional), then when you're feeling peckish, rustle up tapas and other delicious dishes in the jade green kitchen. All the creature comforts are accounted for – Nespresso machine, rainfall shower, smart TV – but our favourite part is the window overlooking La Giralda bell tower. With views like that, you can't help but love this cosy hideaway.

Best of all, you'll find this flat in the historic city centre, next to the Cathedral of Seville. From this spot, sightseeing is easy – the Royal Alcázar is right down the street, Maestranza bullring is walkable in five minutes and Plaza de España is just fifteen minutes on foot. A countless array of bars, independent shops and mouth-watering restaurants are all nearby – as far as locales go, you couldn't ask for better.

The apartment is just a ten-minute walk from the breath-taking cathedral, and two minutes from the iconic Setas de Sevilla. Salvador Square is five minutes away – head to a cafe and spend a happy couple of hours people-watching.
