Both the apartment and location here are excellent – let’s start with the home. One of the many highlights is the Eiffel Tower view from the private terrace accessed from the main bedroom. The other bedrooms offer views over the Parisian rooftops and there’s another balcony overlooking the street. The luxurious and timeless decor and furnishings here complement the Haussmann architecture. As mentioned, the address is wonderful too – you’ll be within walking distance of the iconic Louvre Museum, the Palais Royal and the Tuileries Gardens.

We can't get enough of this apartment. It's not the biggest, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in style. Both bedrooms are elegant and comfortable, while the living area makes unwinding after a busy day a breeze. There's a sofa bed for two, but we think a group of four is best if you'd like space to socialise. Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. This Madeleine apartment is right up our alley. We adore the luxe touches, be it Jacuzzi-style baths or walk-in dressing rooms in both bedroom suites. The quintessential Parisian, Haussmannian features throughout the property really caught our eye. Meanwhile, in the living area, the design effortlessly merges character with contemporary comforts. Sure, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed, but that's hardly a deal-breaker in this central location. Shops, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries are all within easy reach. Keen to sightsee? You're also a short walk from Palais Garnier, Place de la Concorde and a metro station for adventures further afield.

Yet the apartment, housed in an attractive Art Deco building that was once a grand hotel, is remarkably tranquil. It’s a bright and welcoming home-from-home for a city break, the ideal spot for soothing downtime in between seeing the sights. Two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room, and space is at a premium – but for this location, that’s easily forgiven.

We're into the chic, minimalist aesthetic of this exquisite apartment, housed in a Haussmann-style period building. But we love its location even more.

Perched along the ritzy Rue Saint-Honoré of the elegant 1st arrondissement, you've got all the city's must-sees just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Take a turn around the Tuileries Garden –⁠ it's just across the street. Or call in on the Mona Lisa at the Louvre –⁠ it's ten minutes from your door. 

When it's time for some retail therapy, the luxury boutiques of Place Vendôme (four minutes on foot) are the place to be. Then hit the Hôtel Ritz Paris' legendary Bar Hemingway next door for a few early-evening aperitifs –⁠ you've earnt it. 

And after a day gallivanting about the city, this apartment is a joy to come home to. Natural light floods through the floor-to-ceiling windows, bouncing off the parquet flooring and feature mirrors to glorious effect. And thanks to daily housekeeping working their magic while you were out, everything feels spick and span.

At the top of a Haussmann building that has witnessed the reign of two kings, the French Revolution and the rise and fall of the Napoleonic Empire, this quiet apartment is a far cry from the bustling boulevards below. The living space is chic, with plush textures and a dreamy ceiling fresco. Upstairs, cosy sleeping quarters feature beds to rival those of any five-star residence. Peep through the windows to get your bearings – you’ve clear views of the Madeleine Church, located at the end of the street as well as the prestigious Rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré, home to a smattering of luxury stores and the icon of French elegance, Hotel Le Bristol. This apartment in Opera is exceptionally located, putting you in the heart of Paris. The famous Palais Garnier Opera is moments away and the legendary concert hall L'Olympia is just up the street. High-end shops and trendy restaurants are located on the Grands Boulevards and well-connected metro stations make exploring a breeze. Back home, the large bedroom boasts a desk for remote working and plenty of room to sprawl out. The living space has a sofa bed for two, though it's a tad snug and does lack some light. Still, considering the small communal gym and excellent position, we think it makes for a fuss-free central stay.

The living room is perfect for cosy gatherings, while the bedrooms make it easy to enjoy peace and privacy. It’s worth noting one of the bedrooms has bunk beds, but this is a great option for kids. The boutique-style bedrooms are simple yet carefully curated, with the master bedroom's bright yellow chair just begging to be sat in with a good book, while the second bedroom’s blue feature wall lends it a calm and relaxing vibe. Though you’re only a fifteen-minute walk from the Galeries Lafayette department store, Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysées, this home feels wonderfully quiet above the hustle and bustle of the street below. After a day of sightseeing, come back home for a soak in the tub, then pour a glass of wine to accompany some people-watching from your Paris pad’s Juliet balconies.

Designed by an architect, this apartment has the wow factor. The colourful open-plan living space is great for entertaining (it also accommodates two guests on a sofa bed at full capacity). Some of the bedrooms have desks too for when you want to catch up on work emails. The location here is fantastic as well – you’ll be within a short stroll of the Palais Royal. Other places of interest within walking distance include the Louvre Museum and the Jardin des Tuileries.

A five-minute walk from the Opéra Garnier and ten from the Galeries Lafayette, the location of this apartment is unbeatable. Designer boutiques, sidewalk cafes, and excellent eateries are practically on your doorstep, while the metro is within easy reach for adventures further afield. Back home, the design reflects the upscale setting perfectly. We love the sleek features, from a compact kitchen and dining nook to cleverly designed en-suite bathrooms. Two guests will sleep on a sofa bed, though – convenient for short stays but may not be ideal for extended visits.

This beautiful apartment is located on the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Although less wide and impressive looking than its neighbour, the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, it's famous amongst those in the know for being home to the most luxurious boutiques around. The area's keen sense of style is reflected in this home which is luxurious yet tasteful, with several statement artworks that will please even the most discerning visitor. You'll find tall windows that bring in plenty of light, along with a gorgeous white kitchen to use if you fancy showing off your French culinary skills. Breakfasts are easy too – the fabulous boulangerie across the road will set you up for a day of shopping, sightseeing or simply enjoying city life.

Perfect for large groups on a Parisian adventure, this apartment oozes elegance and charm. That’s not the only thing we love about the location, though – the shopping opportunities are fabulous. Situated in the 8th arrondissement, this stylish neighbourhood is home to high-end boutiques aplenty, and the iconic Galeries Lafayettes with all its luxury designer brands is just minutes away.

When you’re done shopping and sightseeing, head back to this apartment and take a seat on the sofa to rest your feet. Look up and you’ll see the pretty birds painted on the ceiling – this home has lots of artwork and character features such as gold mouldings and chandeliers. Our favourite here, though, it has to be said, is the marble-clad bathroom with its freestanding bathtub – run the warm water and pour a glass of Champagne as you ease into brilliant City of Light living.

Recently renovated by an architect, this home is well designed and tastefully decorated albeit minimalist in style. Expect high quality finishes and airy spaces with a good dose of natural light. It also manages to feel super calm despite being located in a very happening part of town, just by La Madeleine and Palais Garnier – the perfect destination for luxury shopping and dining out. It would suit two couples looking for a minimalist base in a buzzing and central neighbourhood.

The kitchen is well-appointed (albeit compact), the bedroom has plenty of storage, and the moody decor radiates Parisian glam. Just note that two guests will sleep on a sofa bed. Location-wise, you're surrounded by cafes, shops and restaurants here. A short walk away is the iconic Opéra Garnier, while a metro station is five minutes on foot – no wonder it caught our eye.

Housed in a beautiful Haussmannian building on prestigious Rue Saint Honoré – known for its high couture and luxury fashion brands – this apartment is a masterclass in understated elegance and sophisticated style.

We love how the home’s period features – like parquet floors and French doors leading onto Juliet balconies – combine with contemporary furnishings to create the perfect balance of old meets new. 

Make yourself comfortable on the open-plan living area’s plump sofas or gather around the long dining table for a chic soirée over locally bought cheese and wine – serenaded, of course, by Edith Piaf on the Sonos sound system. 

You’ll love waking up in the swish bedrooms with their Juliet balconies and luxurious en-suites where decadent rainfall showers await to get your day off on a relaxing foot.
