This apartment's location is truly remarkable. A five-minute stroll from the Jardin des Tuileries, ten from high-end shopping on Rue Saint-Honoré, and fifteen from the Louvre, you'll be smack-dab in the heart of Paris here. It's the perfect base for sightseeing, but when you're not out and about, the elegant interiors will be a welcome respite. We love the arched windows, which flood each room with sunlight. The kitchen and bathroom are a tad dated but have everything you need, and the minimalist bedroom is the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle on your doorstep.

This pre-French Revolution apartment sits in one of the buzziest parts of Paris. The location couldn't be more central – head in one direction and you'll wind up at the famous Opera Garnier, stroll in another and you'll reach the banks of the River Seine. With the pretty Jardin des Tuileries only 500 metres away and the Louvre just a bit farther, you couldn't ask for a better spot to take in the sights and sounds of the French capital. 

When you're not exploring the museums, parks and cultural attractions on your doorstep, spend your downtime relaxing and unwinding in this smart studio flat. A mere 700 metres from the Louvre Museum, one of Paris’ most iconic landmarks is a short stroll away. Sightseeing aside, there’s an abundance of French eateries, boutiques and bars in the surrounding streets, so however you like to spend your days, there’s plenty to occupy you here. 

Royale Romance

Both the apartment and location here are excellent – let’s start with the home. One of the many highlights is the Eiffel Tower view from the private terrace accessed from the main bedroom. The other bedrooms offer views over the Parisian rooftops and there’s another balcony overlooking the street. The luxurious and timeless decor and furnishings here complement the Haussmann architecture. As mentioned, the address is wonderful too – you’ll be within walking distance of the iconic Louvre Museum, the Palais Royal and the Tuileries Gardens.
