Niched on a leafy 17th arrondissement avenue, this elegant three bedroom apartment has a hint of decadence to it with its sweeping parquet floors, marble fireplaces and smartly designed furnishings. It’s in the heart of Batignolles but offers vistas stretching to the Eiffel Tower and Montmartre – best of all, there’s a huge terrace to enjoy those views from. Inside, you’ll find walls of glass and impossibly high ceilings with quirky light fittings. There’s a remarkable amount of space for a Parisian home, so you’ll have no shortage of room to gather together after busy days spent sightseeing. Getting around Paris is easy, with Saint Lazare next door and Pont Cardinet metro station a short walk away.

At this Monceau apartment, you'll find two private terraces – a rarity in Paris. The first is accessible from the bedrooms and living area, making it a great spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning light. But the second space is even more impressive. With sun loungers, an alfresco dining area, and Mediterranean-style plants, it's the ideal respite after sightseeing. We're big fans of the style inside, too. Every room is comfortable and bright, especially the conservatory-style dining area. Location-wise, you'll be a five-minute stroll from Parc Monceau, fifteen from the Arc de Triomphe and about twenty from the Champs-Élysées. Shops, restaurants, and a metro station are on your doorstep, though parking is available for adventures further afield.

It’s worth noting there is no private parking here, but you’ll find everything you could need within walking distance. There are also great public transport links and Parc Monceau is just a short stroll away.

Tucked away along a typical Parisian street between the Arc de Triomphe and Parc Monceau, this stylish apartment is a great choice for younger families. Sitting within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe, Parc Monceau and the glitzy shops of the Champs-Elysees you'll find there's plenty to discover right on your doorstep. The apartment itself will welcome you in with its chic, modernist look which manages to be both stylish and homely all at once. That chic, distinctly Parisian herringbone floor is a constant reminder you’re in the capital of style, and mid-century velvet sofas feature vibrant 60s cushions. Choose between hanging out in the main lounge with its proper French window letting in plenty of light, or cosy up in the book-lined snug, which doubles as a second bedroom. So whilst there's plenty to explore outside, you might just find yourself planning a night or two at home to gorge on delicious local delicacies and a bottle or two of wine – there’s dedicated space for wine in the funky turquoise kitchen.

This apartment’s 19th-century building, solely comprising artist’s studios, stands on a street which was once home to the workshops where Bartholdi crafted the Statue of Liberty in the 1870s. We love this unique home, which has lots of original period details and a terrace offering views over the rooftops of Paris. Situated right next to the beautiful Parc Monceau, you’ll find plenty of opportunities for a relaxing stroll. Or have a browse around the Poncelet and Levis Markets – both are within a short walk away.

Both the apartment and location here are excellent – let’s start with the home. One of the many highlights is the Eiffel Tower view from the private terrace accessed from the main bedroom.
