Staying here, you’ll be able to shop on the Champs-Elysées and enjoy the fresh air of the Bois de Boulogne. Victor Hugo metro station is a short walk away, making seeing further-afield attractions like Montmartre a breeze too – this home has a great location. We think this Parisian pad is perfect for families. The second bedroom has a cot, changing table, and plenty of toys, so little ones will be well looked after. Upstairs, meanwhile, is for the grown-ups, with a walk-in wardrobe that will impress even the most discerning fashionista. There's plenty of space to get cosy in the living area, but the real gem is the private balcony. Boasting views of the city's rooftops, it's the ideal spot to savour a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Factor in the central location – the Arc de Triomphe is about fifteen minutes on foot – and it's no wonder it caught our eye.

You'll find this Haussman apartment situated in the heart of the prestigious 16th arrondissement. There are plenty of museums, leafy parks and famous Parisian boulevards to explore nearby. This home is also within walking distance of the Place du Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower. With such a fantastic address, expect some city noise, though. The apartment has a narrow balcony, ideal for taking in the views over the street's beautiful architecture with a glass of wine. This Neuilly-Sur-Seine duplex is contemporary to its core – while the location overlooking Bois de Boulogne and its proximity to Les Sablons metro means venturing out and about is a no-brainer. Come summertime, the terrace is certainly a highlight, as are the Eiffel Tower views – even if you do need to climb the stairs to reach this sixth-floor pad. The glass sliding doors in every bedroom definitely caught our eye, as did the open-plan living space, which is ideal for entertaining. Plus, you're just a short walk from the Fondation Louis Vuitton, so you can enjoy a dose of contemporary art whilst strolling around Bois de Boulogne.
