You’ll be wowed by the gallery-style collection of art and photographs on display, especially the mosaic of the homeowner's photography that takes centre stage in the dining room. From the sleek metallic kitchen (stocked with an entire drawer dedicated to tea and coffee) to the living room’s chic desk space and the luminous bedroom, there’s a feeling of both comfort and extraordinary style in equal, stunning measure. Our favourite feature, without a doubt, is the private leafy terrace. As it’s heated, you can spend peaceful mornings here with a good book and a cup of coffee or evening drinks as the sun sets, at any time of year. While we wouldn’t blame you for wanting to stay holed up in your arty haven, go out and explore the nearby sights – of which there are many. Explore the trendy Marais district with its vintage shops and cute cafes (a twenty-minute walk), enjoy a picnic in elegant Place des Vosges (a thirteen-minute walk) or discover the quiet beauty of Père Lachaise Cemetery, a twenty-minute stroll from your door.

You’ve got plenty of bakeries, shops and restaurants on your front step, while a ten-minute walk will take you to the historic Place de la Bastille. Situated in the hip 11th Arrondissement, this home, located in a former convent, has a great setting. With its array of bars, artisan coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques, Le Marais is nearby, as is Place de la Bastille (around a ten-minute ride).

Back at this home, relax with a glass of Champagne on the private terrace with its pretty oleander shrubs. Then, head back through the French doors and whip up some ratatouille with goat's cheese in the modern kitchen if you don't fancy eating out. This home also comes with secure, underground parking, which is a real plus in this city location. We think this apartment is perfect for a couple or solo traveller looking for a fashionable address.

In the Bastille neighbourhood of Paris, this duplex provides a chic and elegant place to call home. Place de la Bastille is a fifteen-minute walk away and the nearest metro station is five minutes away at Ledru Rollin, whisking you to sights like The Louvre and Notre Dame in around fifteen minutes. Entering the apartment you instantly feel a sense of creativity and style. Striking sculptures stand proud in the living room and splashes of modern art worthy of a place in the Louvre liven up white walls. Big French windows fill the room with light and a bookcase stuffed with paperbacks and curios from around the world adds a homely touch. The kitchen is tucked away, and there’s a vaguely pastoral feeling to the green and honey walls. Spacious double beds are crowned with painted headboards in both bedrooms, so there’s no need to draw straws for the master.

And with Le Marais under twenty minutes away, a bohemian lifestyle continues on foot everywhere you turn. 

Now, let’s start from the top – truly at the top. Your home sits on the seventh floor of a traditional Parisian block, from which the views are simply unmatched. The triple set of windows in the cosy lounge frames the most spectacular scene of rooftops, spires, chimneys, and the Sacré-Cœur in the distance.

If you manage to drag yourself away from the windowsill, the rest of the apartment is another delightful sight. Modern, quirky, and colourful, we love the selection of framed artworks adorning the walls, with a jazzy geometric rug on the floor. There’s a certain airy and fresh atmosphere with white walls and understated furniture, which in our eyes is perfect for one thing – ensuring that the awe-inspiring sunsets over the city are the main event.

Step into a world of art and design in this incredible lower ground-floor loft-style apartment. While at times dark, this home has been carefully curated by a brilliant architect whose wonderful use of mirrors in the home lend a largeness to it that’s staggering. We love the eclectic blend of paintings and prints that deck the walls and the chic assortment of furnishings that blend to make an effortlessly creative lounge space. We’re especially fond of the chaise-longue that invites lazy relaxation with a glass of bubbly and one of the many books from the shelves, but we’re equally smitten with the wooden dining table that’s all set to host sophisticated soirées. There’s a desk space here too to let your creative side run free, while the bedrooms look suitably fit for an artist in residence. Foodies and fashionistas will love exploring the boutiques and vogue restaurants on Rue de Charonne as well as its farmer's market on Wednesdays and Saturdays just a fourteen-minute walk away, while history lovers will delight in exploring the Père Lachaise Cemetery a twenty-minute walk away. Elsewhere, Place de la Bastille is walkable in twenty-five minutes and the Louvre is just a twenty-minute metro ride away.

The home is ideal for any group travelling together, though two guests will sleep in the living area, which would compromise some socialising space. There’s ample storage for longer stays, and the desk means business travellers can set up shop and work remotely.

This stylish Parisian apartment wouldn’t be out of place in Brooklyn with its exposed brick walls, cool contemporary furnishings and artsy bedrooms. Located in the city’s historic Bastille neighbourhood, you’re in an ideal position to soak up the best of Paris’ art, culture and gastronomy while also enjoying an endlessly comfortable stay. 

Relax and unwind in the open-plan living area where a cosy sofa invites you to kick back with a glass of French wine after a day of sightseeing and a long dining table beckons celebratory homemade feats. 

The three bedrooms are calm and quiet with two of them facing a courtyard. We’re particularly fond of the colourful second bedroom with its graffiti mural and large windows letting plenty of sunlight in, as well as the parquet floors that feature throughout. Factor in the sleek bathrooms with their rainfall showers and you’ve got everything you need for a chic, carefree stay. 

Outside of your home, Place de la Bastille is a seven-minute walk away, the vibrant Marais district is a twenty-minute stroll and the Canal Saint-Martin is ten minutes away on foot.

Right in the heart of Paris, this charming apartment places you within reach of some of the city's most famous landmarks. The decor is simple and practical, but the kitchen is well-equipped for culinary experimentation and the sofa bed in the living room adds flexibility to the sleeping arrangements. At full capacity, there won't be enough seats for everyone at the dining table, but you'll find restaurants and bakeries close by for whatever you're craving. Attractions like the Louvre and the Panthéon are within walking distance, and public transport is easily accessible for discovering the city.

A five-minute stroll from Bastille's metro station, this split-level apartment makes exploring Paris a breeze. Prefer to keep it local? You'll find an array of restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops in the neighbourhood, too. The apartment itself is an absolute gem, filled with Parisian charm. As it's spread across two levels, the relaxing space is ample, and the kitchen is well-stocked to whip up home-cooked French feasts. Just note that it's on the third floor of a building without a lift, so a few flights of stairs are required. But, if you ask us, the effort is more than worth it.

You’ll find this unfussy apartment tucked away in the vibrant 11th arrondissement. Inside, the bedroom faces a courtyard, so a quiet night’s sleep is guaranteed, and there’s a cinema room for relaxing in front of your favourite flick. If you’ll be staying as a group of four, two guests will be on the sofa bed in the living space, which we think it’s better suited for children. Keen to explore? The famous Place de la Bastille is a short bus ride away and the Louvre Museum is easily reached by metro.
