You don’t even need to leave the home to admire that most iconic of Parisian sights though – this home boasts incredible views of the Iron Lady. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, but for evenings spent at home, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen.

We adore this home's location – it's just a five-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and the impressive Champs de Mars. Art lovers will enjoy it here too, as it's a ten-minute stroll across the River Seine to the Musée d'Art Moderne de Paris. Notre-Dame Cathedral is twenty minutes on foot, or go for a romantic saunter along the river bank – it is the City of Love, after all. The apartment faces onto a beautiful green courtyard and is spacious and light, with high ceilings and contemporary decor. There's an industrial-chic kitchen, an ode to Eames at the dining table, bold modern artwork throughout and a great sound system, so you can sit back and relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

Nestled in a more residential, and consequently quieter area than the neighbouring arrondissements, and yet filled with typical bakeries, cheery cafes and gourmet restaurants that will have you feeling like a local in no time. Take a stroll through the Champ de Mars for a refreshing break from the buzz of the city, or wander around the Ecole Militaire for a cultural trip out – both are less than ten minutes from your door. Alternatively, the Musée du Quai Branly, which exhibits 3,500 works of art from Africa, the Americas, Asia and Oceania, is a fifteen-minute saunter. 

Back inside, this home packs a decorative punch with a neutral palette offset by soft pink accents, bold wallpaper prints and traditional parquet flooring. This cosy apartment is in Paris’ 15th Arrondissement, less than ten minutes’ walk from the Eiffel Tower. In fact, you can spot the Iron Lady as soon as you turn the corner of your boulevard. How’s that for a welcome to Paris? A renovated shop, the apartment is at street level, but frosted windows afford some privacy in the living room while letting the light in. The full kitchen is in a separate space, ideal when the sofa bed is in use. You’ll find the bedroom in the basement where a lack of windows would suit those who like it truly dark to sleep.

Small but mighty, this Parisian home not only puts you minutes away from the Eiffel Tower, but also looks pretty good doing it. Spend days in the open dining, kitchen, and living space, breakfasting on croissants and coffee before curling up on the sofa with a good book. Light and bright, there’s plenty of space for a family or friend group of four to spread out here and enjoy some quiet time – but also, space to socialise as a group. For those in Paris on work, both bedrooms come equipped with desks, should you need to answer a few emails after hours. But the cherry on top for us is the location. With Paris’ most infamous landmark, the Eiffel Tower, within walking distance, what’s not to love?

You don’t have to go anywhere to see some of Paris’s most iconic landmarks – this apartment has two terraces with amazing views of the Eiffel Tower and the Sacré-Cœur. Inside you can enjoy more vistas from the open-plan living room with its large windows. The kitchen has no oven and is quite compact, we’d say, but it has most things you need and there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Situated in the 7th arrondissement, the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars are a short stroll away – the address here is fantastic.

Paris From Above

Nestled a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars, although this home’s enviable location means you may hear some street noise during your stay, its proximity to key hotspots and restaurants more than make up for any travelling sound. Parts of the home feel a little tired, but it’s comfortable for six people – remember, however, that this is a lived-in home so expect to see some of the owner’s personal belongings. Visiting during the summer? There’s no air conditioning, but you’ll find fans around the apartment to help keep you cool.

Compact yet comfortable, this design-led apartment has everything you need for a restful stay in Paris. The Eiffel Tower is a ten-minute walk away, and the nearby Champ de Mars is an ideal picnic spot. La Tour-Maubourg is your closest metro station when you want to explore further afield. Back at the pad, our favourite feature was the balcony for enjoying an alfresco sundowner. While the kitchen is equipped for home cooking, you won’t find an oven, but with endless restaurants on the doorstep, we don’t think you’ll mind too much.

Overlooking the Eiffel Tower with skyline views of the 7th arrondissement, this sixth-floor home promises a lovely location for trips to Paris. Despite this apartment's lack of air conditioning and awkward bathroom layouts, we love its traditional charm – think vintage accents, stocked bookshelves, and a tub for bubble baths. While the second bed is low, we doubt it's a dealbreaker for most guests. Even better, you'll find fine dining options, boutiques, and the École Militaire metro station a stone's throw away.

If you want to be a few minutes’ walk away from the Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower (and who wouldn’t?) then this apartment is ideal. Situated in the 15th arrondissement, you’ll also be within walking distance of the River Seine. But the location isn’t the only draw here – the apartment is spacious and light – we love the open-plan living space overlooking the leafy communal grounds. If you’re a musician, you’ll find guitars, amps and a keyboard here, too. This place is also perfect for families (bedroom two has a cot) or anyone looking for a great address in Paris.

The location of this apartment couldn’t be much better if you want to be within a short stroll of Paris’s most famous landmarks, the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars. You’ll also be within walking distance of museums, boutiques and many Michelin-starred restaurants. Housed in a beautiful building, this architecturally interesting home was formerly an artist's studio. We love the unique ceiling that diffuses sunlight throughout the day. And if you need to work while away, conveniently, both bedrooms have desks. If you’re looking for an unusual apartment in an exceptional location, then this home could be for you.

Located on the seventh floor with unbeatable views of the Iron Lady in all her glory, this home is both luxurious and homely. You're not far from rue du Commerce which has a plethora of shops, cafes and restaurants to keep you entertained, as well as the Champs de Mars gardens. We fell in love with the marble bathroom and gold detailing - the perfect spot for a decadent shower.

Just a stone’s throw from the Champ de Mars, you’ll have the Eiffel Tower, the River Seine, and Les Invalides all within strolling distance of this apartment. It's a lived-in home, so while it isn’t the most luxurious in our collection, it’s ideal for a family or group of friends craving a comfortable base in the city centre. We love the floor-to-ceiling windows in the lounge, and musicians will appreciate the piano and keyboard. As an unexpected extra, you'll also have access to a small balcony (shared with a neighbour) for watching the world go by on the street below.

This elegant two-bedroom apartment on the edge of the Champs de Mars gardens boasts some of the most spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower from almost every room.
