We adore this home's location – it's just a five-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and the impressive Champs de Mars. Art lovers will enjoy it here too, as it's a ten-minute stroll across the River Seine to the Musée d'Art Moderne de Paris. Notre-Dame Cathedral is twenty minutes on foot, or go for a romantic saunter along the river bank – it is the City of Love, after all. The apartment faces onto a beautiful green courtyard and is spacious and light, with high ceilings and contemporary decor. There's an industrial-chic kitchen, an ode to Eames at the dining table, bold modern artwork throughout and a great sound system, so you can sit back and relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

Nestled in a more residential, and consequently quieter area than the neighbouring arrondissements, and yet filled with typical bakeries, cheery cafes and gourmet restaurants that will have you feeling like a local in no time. Take a stroll through the Champ de Mars for a refreshing break from the buzz of the city, or wander around the Ecole Militaire for a cultural trip out – both are less than ten minutes from your door. Alternatively, the Musée du Quai Branly, which exhibits 3,500 works of art from Africa, the Americas, Asia and Oceania, is a fifteen-minute saunter. 

Back inside, this home packs a decorative punch with a neutral palette offset by soft pink accents, bold wallpaper prints and traditional parquet flooring. We love the pink backsplash in the kitchenette – perfectly suited for whipping up your morning croque madame or simply loading the oven with pain au chocolats. Located on the seventh floor with unbeatable views of the Iron Lady in all her glory, this home is both luxurious and homely. You're not far from rue du Commerce which has a plethora of shops, cafes and restaurants to keep you entertained, as well as the Champs de Mars gardens. We fell in love with the marble bathroom and gold detailing - the perfect spot for a decadent shower.
