This stylish little studio apartment is right in the heart of historic Annecy. But it isn’t just about the views either, not when the ski slopes of Les Evettes are a mere 1.8 miles away and can be reached via the free shuttles that run in season. Get on the snow and test your mettle on the different ski runs, before coming back for a warming Après-ski drink on the balcony. 

The mix of natural wood and a light colour palette makes this home feel incredibly cosy and we can imagine ourselves curling up on the couch in thick socks and a slouchy jumper. Enjoy cups of coffee as you socialise in the lounge, or carve out some you-time by getting your nose in a novel.

For warmer days there are sunny balconies with stunning views and a west-facing terrace with a Jacuzzi. You'll need a car here, as it's a 1-kilometre walk to the ski bus. It’s also 4 kilometres to La Croix Fry and 3 kilometres to the shops and restaurants of Manigod. But that’s a small price to pay for such a beautiful location.

Alpage du Pralor

Set on an old farm between the village of Manigod and the ski resort of La Croix Fry, this home is about as peaceful as it gets. A car is necessary here, as it’s a kilometre to the nearest ski bus stop, but the secluded location makes it worth it. The interiors, created by local craftsmen, have a beautiful quality that only adds to this home’s charm – throw in the hot tub, steam room, and views of the Manigod Valley, and you’re onto a real winner. 

Pure Nature

This chalet not only has a private pool but also a hot tub and a garden to enjoy. The home is perfect for families, as there’s a lounge and a separate TV room. There’s also an office space for those who would like to work remotely and a sauna to relax in after a busy day of skiing or hiking. We love the beautiful views of the valley and the surrounding mountains here. Location-wise, this place is just 3 kilometres from Villards-sur-Thônes and halfway between La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand ski resorts, so you can ski somewhere new every day.
