Situated in Primrose Hill, this stylish mews house is bursting with unique design elements from Morocco, India and Paris. It's not suitable for toddlers and small children due to its stairs and ornaments throughout, but babies and furry friends are more than welcome. The third bed is quite small and will be a bit of a squeeze for two adults – we think it's best suited to teens and older kids, or just one adult. The beautiful Primrose Hill Park is a short walk from your doorstep, along with local shops and cafes to explore.

Moored up along the Regent’s Canal, this houseboat is in the heart of London. Regent’s Park is right next door and Primrose Hill is on the other bank. Plus, the buzzing heart of Camden Lock is a short walk away. The space inside has been carefully considered with two double bedrooms (one with a fold-out sofa bed), a full kitchen and cosy living room. There’s no chance of cabin fever with additional outdoor areas – lounge seating on the canalside and plenty of room to spread out on a towel on the rooftop. Of course, as a narrowboat, there are lots of amenities tucked away and fold-out features. It wouldn’t suit those that like oodles of space.

We adore this Primrose Hill home's rooftop balcony with views over London. It's the perfect spot for drinks at sunset – but that's not the only outdoor space – there's a charming walled patio and decked area here too. Housed in a classic Victorian townhouse with contemporary interiors, sparkling chandeliers, plush pink sofas, and delightful shuttered windows offering views onto the street  – it's the ideal place to gather with family and friends. The master bathroom oozes luxury – think freestanding bath and marble-clad walls. There's also a handy office space for when you need to work from home. If you don't fancy cooking in the stylish kitchen, your host can arrange private chefs and butlers. Or, on your doorstep, you'll find chic delis, cafes, restaurants and bars in this exclusive village-like setting, while the eponymous hill, a great spot for kite-flying and picnics, is just a two-minute walk. Alternatively, Regent's Park, with its open-air theatre and zoo, is a six-minute saunter, or take a fifteen-minute stroll along the Regent's Canal to Camden Market.

The traditional windows (with pretty leafy views) and high ceilings also make for an inviting and bright space. The bedroom is tucked away at the back, so it’s peaceful and cosy. You’re in a prime Primrose Hill spot, just around the corner from top restaurants and classic pubs, minutes away from the Primrose Hill park for views over the city and Regent's Park for fabulous strolls and scenery. This is a residential and picturesque neighbourhood but still with good transport links - you're a short walk to Chalk Farm Underground station which serves the Northern line, taking you all the way into central London within 15 minutes.

This gorgeously designed bespoke home is in the heart of Primrose Hill. The minimal and sleek feel of the interiors run consistently from room to room, whilst mid-century furniture, pale floorboards and an uplifting amount of natural light give the atmosphere a homely feel. We love the freestanding bath here – it's wonderful for a luxurious soak. Bi-fold doors from the kitchen lead to a pretty decked garden with its flowerbeds and a playhouse – perfect for getting some fresh air or for the children to play in. 
 

 This abode is ideal for a family looking for a home close to Regent's Park – it's just a five-minute walk. Or, just a two-minute stroll away, you'll find a chic array of shops to browse in this lovely village-like setting. Otherwise, head up to the top of Primrose Hill for fabulous views over London. There's so much to do here – you won't want to leave.

The historic studio, once a Victorian painting room, has been home to leading artists including Patrick Caulfield and John William Waterhouse. The double-height entrance hall opens to the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room. Walls of glass flood the space with light and look out onto the private walled garden. Artwork by Australian and British artists is dotted around – it's a joy to explore this home. The house is tucked away down a private access road, so it’s tranquil and calm, despite being just a two-minute walk from Primrose Hill and a wealth of shops and eateries.

Places you in the heart of Camden, this one-storey apartment is perfect for two couples who like to be in the centre of the action. The home's monochrome colour scheme might not be the most inspiring, but it contributes to a relaxed interior. Having a balcony is a nice addition too, and perfect for those lazy mornings. We weren't sure about having an exercise bike next to one of the beds, but it does let you stretch your legs before breakfast. Given the location, it'll come as no surprise that there is a plethora of eateries, cafes, bars, and music venues on your doorstep.

Sounds of Camden

Who can say no to having Primrose Hill and Regent's Park on their doorstep? Certainly not us, which is why this bright apartment caught our eye. The private garden has direct access to the parks – simply pad outside and be picnicking in no time. Bus stops and St John's Wood Underground are also within easy reach, keeping you well-connected to the capital. Back home, you'll find two living areas, a modern kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms. There's more than enough space to stretch out, even with two guests sleeping on sofa beds. With all the amenities and extras you'll need, we think it ticks the boxes for a care-free London stay.

Primrose & Ivy

Camden Town is famously colourful and exciting, with a vibrant music scene, bustling market, and creative history. It’s no wonder that this home, right in the middle of it all, fits the bill for what you'd expect from the area. The first thing you’ll notice is the striking pop of red from the twin sofas in the lounge. We love the bright, jacquard fabric against the marl grey, fluffy rug. It’s an eclectic mix that brings character to the lounge, alongside multicoloured, abstract artworks. However, our favourite spot has to be the wraparound balcony. On the fifth floor of this building, the views are phenomenal. You can see out to the canal and city, plus iconic venues like Camden Roundhouse. Have a few chilled beers up here before heading to a gig in the heart of London’s music scene. While you've got plenty of canalside boozers, street food stalls, and rooftop bars to choose from, there are quieter sides to this region. Walk southwest along the canal to Regent’s Park in six minutes (which is also home to London Zoo). Another fifteen-minute walk northwest will take you to the top of Primrose Hill – this climb is a rite of passage for any north Londoner.

Staying in Hampstead means staying in one of London’s leafiest, most peaceful, and opulent neighbourhoods. This home is just a three-minute walk from the lush greenery of Hampstead Heath, where you can swim in natural pools, head to the striking viewpoint at Parliament Hill, or simply lose yourself in the dappled light of the walking trails. In a majestic red-brick building that feels quintessentially English, this charming garden flat is the perfect base for discovering the delights of your locale. Inside, the modern decor feels understated and pretty zen overall, but you’ll find quirky little touches like colourful, graphic artwork and funky fringed cushions. But our favourite spot has to be the outdoor space. Enclosed by a wooden fence with ivy flowing over the edges, this wooden patio feels like a secret garden escape. Sip a gin and tonic as you wait for the barbecue to heat up – you could even lie back in the hammock and close your eyes for a minute... If you do fancy a day out of elegant West London, take an eight-minute walk to Hampstead tube station and explore the city with ease.

This apartment is the largest in the building, boasting an open-plan living and dining space with a kitchenette and two attractive bedrooms. It’s a characterful home with an original feature fireplace, crown moulding, and herringbone wood floors. You’ll be just a ten-minute walk from Oxford Street and similarly close to beautiful Regent’s Park, ideally placed for exploring London on foot or by using the tube.

Mixing contemporary stylings with Grade II-listed charm, this pad in Marylebone is a perfect fit for couples and solo travellers. What it lacks in floorspace, it makes up for in comfort. The kitchen is ideal for quick bites, the dining table doubles as a workspace, and the collection of curated art and other hand-picked decor gives the whole place a boutique feel. As for location? You can't beat it. Shops, restaurants, and cafes – it's all within walking distance here. And with Underground stations an easy stroll away, you'll be well-connected to the rest of the city, too.

For those of you with a penchant for the arts, many galleries rest in the centre and Soho is shaped by an abundance of theatres. 

We'd usually suggest visiting one of the many pretty rooftop bars in the summer, but you have your own dreamy terrace back at the flat. Whilst you're out, collect a glass of champagne to sip on the rooftop, lit by the luminous tones of sunset.

If you fancy a cosy night-in, the flat caters to low-key evenings. The TV comes with Netflix and the open-plan living space is perfect for social nights with your favourite people.

The bedrooms here have plenty of wardrobe space for shopping excursions along Carnaby Street, and the kitchen is well-appointed for those who like to cook during their getaways.

If we had to describe contemporary luxury, this apartment would be a shining example. Sleek blacks and glossy whites take centre stage, with gold accents adding a touch of glam. But besides the chic decor, there are many other reasons we're swooning over this swanky pad. For starters, the main bedroom has a sumptuous bed that you'll immediately want to sink into and a gorgeous en-suite with a lush soaker tub. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you'll need to rustle up dinner – from wine glasses and dinnerware to a Nespresso coffee machine. Set the mood for your home-cooked feast by playing your favourite songs over the Bluetooth sound system, then end the evening with a glass of wine and a movie on the squishy L-shaped sofa. When you don't fancy cooking, pop out to one of the excellent restaurants or cosy pubs in Marylebone – you're just a two-minute walk from the bustling high street lined with cafes, boutiques and eateries, so you won't have to travel far. And with Baker Street, Bond Street and Marylebone stations all a short stroll away, there's no doubt that you're well-placed for exploring the rest of London.

Sleek, shiny and kitted out with all the bells and whistles, this modern apartment is just the ticket for a stay in the Big Smoke. Built-in speakers, a luxe rainfall shower, large windows in the open-plan living space – this pad has it all. Sprawl out on the L-shaped sofa as you rest your feet, then knock together something delicious in the glossy grey kitchen. The private balcony is our favourite spot – on summer days, retreat out there with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine and soak up the sun. Although Camden is more cool than chic, we think it's an excellent base for exploring. There's something for everyone – an array of eateries with cuisines from all around the world, the famous market selling vintage goods (a ten-minute walk), beloved music venues and pubs if you fancy a night out and paths along the canal perfect for leisurely afternoon strolls. Plus, with Camden Road Overground right down the street and Camden Town Station a seven-minute walk away, getting around the rest of London is a breeze.

Seize The Day

This is a classic, shabby chic Notting Hill flat. The huge bay window and sense of space in the living room make it feel incredibly relaxing and calm. It's not stuffed full of hi-tech entertainment and isn't super luxurious, but if you want a peaceful haven this is a proper gem. Perhaps the biggest highlight is the outdoor patio and gate leading onto the communal garden. Literally, nothing could be more classical Notting Hill.

The Blue Door

Just a stroll away from Regent's Park, this apartment is ideal for guests settling in for business or pleasure. Sat between Marylebone and Baker Street tube stations, commuters can easily get to Central London, though a handy office space awaits at home. While the laundry facilities are practical, we think the wine cooler is a nice touch for movie nights. But there's plenty to do on your doorstep, from dining out to visiting the Sherlock Holmes Museum and Madame Tussauds.

This sleek apartment is situated nearby to the luxurious shopping experience of exploring Harrods, perfect for those wanting a city break. The large windows allow plenty of natural daylight to pour into the home, shining off of the white walls. The double bedroom grants access to the balcony where you can enjoy an energising cup of coffee in the mornings as you watch the world go by down below – this room also includes a TV, making it more tempting than ever to have a relaxing duvet day watching movies as the cool breeze flows in through the balcony door. Tuck into delicious homecooked meals at the glass dining table, followed by snuggling up together on the sofa as the amber glow of the evening lights up the living space.

Warren Street is your closest tube station, no more than a five-minute stroll away. Comprising two apartments, there’s plenty of space for a group to stretch out, and the two kitchens mean mealtimes are a breeze. Those visiting on business will be pleased to know the place has superfast broadband, ideal for virtual meetings.

This period apartment is a comforting base for a family or group of friends visiting the city. It’s just a five-minute stroll from Hampstead Heath and less than twenty-five minutes away from Camden Market on foot. You can easily explore London from here – Belsize Park Tube station is a fourteen-minute walk, and the amenities of South End Green and Hampstead High Street are also within minutes by foot. Back home, the grand living area is a charming space to hang out after a busy day of sightseeing. There's also a laptop desk space for those travelling for work. Keep in mind that the small double bedroom is a little bit of a squeeze fitting a double bedroom, but overall this one's a great pick for three people.

Bursting with plants and exposed beams, this top-floor flat is certainly unique. The style is maximalist and eclectic. It may not be the most modern home, but you can't deny it's cosy. Besides, you'll find everything you need to settle in – a well-appointed kitchen, an ample-sized bedroom, and a living area that invites you to get comfortable. Just note that it's on the third floor of a building without a lift. As for location, you can't do much better than Hampstead. The High Street, flanked by cafes, eateries, pubs, and shops, is a ten-minute stroll away. You're also a stone's throw from a Tube station when you're ready to venture further afield.

Verdure & Pine

With leafy gardens, Georgian architecture, and literary connections, Highgate Village is the place to be for nature and history lovers. For the arts, this home is just an eleven-minute stroll to Highgate Contemporary Art Gallery, while Jacksons Lane Arts Centre is a cultural hub two minutes from your door. Dickens and Byron frequented the taverns around here, but there are still plenty of gastro pubs and restaurants for those with modern tastes – as well as this apartment. 

Behind the traditional red-brick Victorian facade of the building, you’ll be surprised at the contrast. Your chic living space features ghost chairs and glass tabletops, with high ceilings and an understated colour palette creating a feeling of zen. But original features have not been forgotten – we love the large period windows that allow light to flood in, as well as the ornate fireplace with carved ironwork and antique ceramic tiles.

After a few glasses of English sparkling wine on the mid-century sofa, it might be time for a lie-down. In soothing neutral colour schemes, and with views of lush foliage, both bedrooms have a calming ambience. You can’t beat a peaceful night's sleep after an evening of culture and cocktails in this tranquil region of North London.

Originally built in the 1730s, this sumptuous apartment is a shining example of Georgian architecture. The building is one of the oldest in Mayfair – in 1821, famed Buckingham Palace architect Thomas Cubbit extended it – and you can see the character, history and period details in every room. It feels like a home you want to linger in, with new surprises waiting at every turn. We love the antique furniture – a clawfoot desk here, a fauteuil armchair there – but the smart kitchen, stylish bathroom and mod-cons like a rainfall shower, espresso machine and Netflix bring things in the 21st-century. We think it's the best of both worlds, and the location is even better.

Ritzy and charming, Mayfair is home to leafy squares, cobbled lanes lined with cafes and some of the oldest shops in London.
