When you think of a cottage in the Cotswolds, you’re likely imagining this very home. It was recently refurbished, so the cottage has retained its original wood beams and stone walls, but is now a picture of comfort and cosiness. 

You’ll wake up in the morning feeling refreshed after a great night’s sleep – your host knows how important these things are so has equipped the bedrooms with room-darkening shades and oh-so-comfortable bedding. You might like to spend your mornings exploring further afield. The pretty villages of the Cotswolds are dotted all around, so you don’t have to drive far to find a picturesque scene. The cottage is in the market town of Charlbury, which boasts three pubs and a great park. There’s a library with a great children’s section and a charming cafe, so your rainy days are sorted.
