Within the villa, you will find everything you need for a luxurious stay. There is an ADSL Internet connection and high-speed Internet access, ensuring you stay connected during your vacation. Air conditioning is available to keep you comfortable in any weather. The bathroom is equipped with bath amenities, and you will find bathrobes and slippers provided for your convenience. The shower is spacious and refreshing.

Lava Villa offers a peaceful escape from the world. Daily maid service ensures that your accommodations remain pristine. If you need to make a phone call, there is a direct dial telephone available. To enhance your relaxation, there is an external Jacuzzi where you can unwind and take in the beauty of the surroundings.

For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV in the villa. A hairdryer is provided, so you don't have to worry about packing one. Individually controlled air conditioning allows you to adjust the temperature to your liking. Internet access is available throughout the villa.

This haven of elegance and luxury is one of the biggest private villas on Santorini. Along the walking trail between Oia and Fira, this home sits in Imerovigli – a village of white buildings with blue domes cascading down the hillside. The exterior is an ode to Cycladian architecture, blending in with Santorini’s pristine white buildings. Cobbled paths lined with olive trees lead to the sprawling terrace, which has panoramic views of the caldera where the Aegean meets the horizon. Choose to spend your time in the shade of the pergola, on plush sofas, or cooling off in one of two swimming pools. There are myriad seating areas outside to enjoy the view, perfect with a sundowner from the bar (stocked daily). 

Dining can be an indoor or outdoor experience, with glass sliding doors opening the space up to the terrace, and a fireplace keeps this spot warm in the cooler months. Breakfast is included. Inside, you’ll find two full kitchens so there’s no trouble cooking for the whole group. Lounge areas upstairs and downstairs let the group spread out, and are designed with nature in mind – think raw wood accents, earthy tones and boho-luxe furnishings. There’s also a gym if you want to keep on top of your fitness regime.

Inside, it’s pared-back, stylish and a little bit luxurious – we loved the bathtub made from volcanic rock and we couldn’t get enough of the premium mattresses. There’s more grounded grandeur outside: an infinity plunge pool with built-in Jacuzzi feature and a balcony that makes for a perfect sunset watching spot.

When you’re feeling peckish, put together Greek-inspired dishes in the fully-equipped kitchen or why not call upon the help of a private chef to take care of the cooking. After a good feasting, slip on your sandals and explore your surroundings. The heart of Imerovigli village, home to sleek bars and swanky restaurants is a two-minute walk away. If you’d prefer to expend a little more energy, set off on the Skaros Rock and Ekklisia Theoskepasti hiking trail, less than ten minutes from your doorstep.

The suite also features an outdoor veranda with views of the garden and partial sea, equipped with outdoor furniture and sunbeds, allowing guests to fully embrace the serene surroundings. Just a short walk away is the 'Hydria Area,' where guests can unwind at Cavalieri's infinity pool and indulge in refreshing drinks and delicious snacks at the lounge bar while gazing at the Caldera and admiring the renowned sunset.

The suite comes with a range of amenities to enhance guests' comfort and enjoyment. These include an anatomic king-size mattress measuring 180 cm, a cable-satellite smart TV, a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival, and coffee and tea facilities. The gorgeous natural textures and white interior create a soothing ambiance where you can really kick back and relax. There is space to eat inside, but we think you'd probably rather dine outside under the shady pergola, as you breathe in the fresh sea air. Admire the stunning views from the comfort of your lounger, before plunging into the swimming pool to cool off. And, as the sun goes down, you can gather your guests in the outdoor hot tub to sip local wine under the stars – it doesn't get much better than this. 

Imerovigli is quieter than some other areas of the island, and you can stroll through the picturesque streets admiring the architecture. Stop off at a local taverna for lunch, before following the walking trail up to the breathtaking viewpoint at Skaros Rock. And, with the town of Fira just over 2km away, you can easily visit the capital's cathedrals, museums, and even take a ride on the cable car.
