We love the old dresser in the dining area, which looks like it’s been rescued from a shipwreck. The dedicated playroom on the ground floor lets you know this place is family-friendly. The crowning jewel of this home has to be the luxurious master bedroom, which is like a hotel suite with a separate seating area. It’s a boho-chic spot with exposed stone walls, dramatically uplit as if you’re sleeping in a (super-luxe) cave.

Although you’re out in the quiet hills of inland Mykonos here, it’s just a ten-minute drive into the heart of Mykonos town where cocktail bars buzz to life at night and the narrow streets are packed with cafés, bars and shops backing onto the water.

It's spread across three floors with no lift access – so may not be suitable for individuals with reduced mobility. The home is decorated in neutral tones and there's a spacious open-plan kitchen dining area containing all of the expected modern appliances. We love the private infinity pool and covered outdoor lounge area in the garden – there's plenty of space here for sunbathing or seeking shade. While there's lots to do in the area on foot, we recommend a car if you'd like to explore with ease – the villa is just a ten-minute drive from Mykonos Town.
