This romantic one-bedroom bolthole is a perfect choice for couples who want to relax and enjoy each other's company. It offers a sense of privacy and seclusion as well as far-reaching views of the garden and beyond. The property benefits from an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The main swimming pool lends itself to those who like to do a few lengths before breakfast. Glass doors lead inside to the open-plan kitchen, living, and sitting area, which is well-appointed with all the amenities you would expect in a modern villa. The interior has floor-to-ceiling glass doors on two sides of the room, one side opens onto the garden and outside pool terrace, while the other opens onto the inside pool. The bedroom features an enormous round bed and floor-to-ceiling glass doors on two sides of the room. Islamlar village offers breathtaking panoramic views from every aspect and provides visitors with a genuine taste of rural Turkish village life. Kalkan town is just 15 minutes down the road, offering excellent choices of elegant roof-terraced restaurants.

Perfectly situated for relaxing, romantic getaways, guests can enjoy candlelit alfresco dining, nighttime jacuzzi stargazing, hot, balmy days cooling off in the pool, and catching that perfect tan resting on plush sun loungers. Of course, if you can tear yourself away from the tranquillity of this spectacular villa, there are ample opportunities for exploration, so grab your boots and head on out for a day full of adrenaline-filled trekking into the wilds of the Turkish countryside, or head down to the beautiful town of Bayir to soak in the wonderful Turkish culture, sample sumptuous delicacies, or a hearty Turkish before taking a walk along the prom, browsing in the fabulous little shops and shopping for souvenirs.With a home this beautiful and views this awe-inspiringly spectacular, we cannot recommend this home enough!

Lebessa is a great home for a large family who wants to enjoy the rustic beauty of Kayaköy. The town is only a short drive away, and the nearest sandy beach won't take you long to find either. When you're ready to venture to the larger cities of Fethiye and Ölüdeniz, you'll be equally surprised at how close they all are. But the villa alone will keep you busy — Lebessa is a beautiful home, built with stone and a true eye for architectural beauty. The pool has been incorporated in between the buildings in a way that feels organic and inviting, and the exposed beams on the ceiling work well with the wooden textures. It's stylish, it's modern, and it feels like a home away from home. We loved it.

Sitting pretty on the hillside in charming Faralya village, this family-friendly villa is contemporary and very Mediterranean. The landscaped gardens, multiple outdoor lounging and dining spaces – as well as an impressive outdoor kitchen – mean that you'll likely find us outside, and most probably sipping a drink and admiring the uninterrupted sea view from the infinity pool. We love the sense of privacy that you feel at Begonvil, laying across four acres of land and completely unseen from the outside. The villa is also only 300 metres from the beach, where you can unwind on the sand with your favourite book or go snorkelling, although be warned that's it's easier to walk down than back up the hill.

Sleek and modern, there’s so much to love about this home, but its finest feature has to be the in-bedroom hot tub – perfect for soaking the day away with a glass of wine as night falls. If the warming bubbles don’t tempt you, step out onto the terrace to enjoy your dinner poolside as the LED lights set the mood. With wonderful company, peace and quiet, and the warm evening air wrapping around you, you’ll feel utterly content.

During days at the villa, you’ll have plenty to entertain you – game of table football, anyone? If the cooling waters of the pool aren’t calling to you, snuggle down in the hanging egg chair with a good book and get lost in a story for a few hours. When it’s time to explore, the nearby coastal town of Kalkan is well worth a visit. Just a fifteen-minute drive away, you can soak up the laidback vibe on the pebble beach or test out the local cuisine at one of the many rooftop restaurants as you drink in the sea views.

Without trying too hard, this contemporary take on traditional Turkish communal living just gets it right. We love that indoor-outdoor fusion, like a modern-day Orangerie, no less elegant, but all geared up for the mod-cons. Surrounded by rural shrublands and local village life, you will enjoy the secret smile of one who has chanced upon a hidden gem.

If you are after a secluded holiday in an idyllic location, White Mirage is nestled high in the mountainside above the resort village of Ölüdeniz. Admittedly, it's a bit of a trek to reach the villa – even with a car – but you’ll be instantly rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the coast and mountains. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors throughout allow you to enjoy the vistas from every corner of the home, and multiple balconies are ideal to enjoy some quiet time from the rest of the group with your chosen holiday read. Both the infinity pool and terrace are completely private, so you can sunbathe in peace knowing that you can’t be seen.

Facing miles of rolling hills, olive groves and the sea, the views from the balconies and pool are hard to part with here. The large floor-to-ceiling windows and tall ceilings give you plenty of opportunities to gaze out from the plush interiors. Bring your book, music or favourite podcast to the sun loungers where you can relax by the pool and soak in the bright sunshine. If you feel like venturing out, we suggest eating at one of the fish restaurants where you can taste local trout and drink excellent wine. Foodies who love to cook should take a trip to Kalkan, where you can stock up on fresh produce to take home and feast on in the outdoor dining area.

Inside, this villa is just as awe-inspiring with impressive inverted vaulted ceilings and an art collection worthy of any gallery. If you’d like to explore the local area, it couldn't be easier with the complimentary car provided, and you're only a 10-minute drive from centre of Dalyan. The ancient ruins of Kaunos and the sandy Iztuzu beach are two local attractions that you shouldn't miss.

Sitting 8 kilometres above Kalkan in the mountains of Islamlar, this modern villa’s outdoor spaces and dramatic natural views caught our eye straight away. Geared towards families or friends looking to socialise in the sun, you’ll find plenty of ways to pass treacly afternoons with a private pool, a ping pong table and an outdoor dining area all set for alfresco barbecue feasts. To top it all off, there’s an indoor hot tub and two balconies accessed from the pair of bedrooms – sea and countryside views included. When thoughts turn to sightseeing, hop in your car to explore Kalkan’s old town and harbour, make a beeline for the pebble beach or hike a portion of the Lycian Way, Turkey’s longest walking trail.
