We love the second lounge’s cocktail trolley, for mixing those sundown margaritas, but our favourite feature is probably the twin poolside cabanas – perfect for those lazy afternoons with a good book. Evenings here are every bit as blissful as the long, sunny days. Fire up the grill for an outdoor supper, followed by drinks round the firepit as the stars begin to twinkle overhead.
