The apartment itself is humbly sized, sure, but we're impressed by the simple and contemporary design found behind the front door. It's the sort of space that's sure to give you a bit of inspo for when you're next doing up your home address.

As mentioned, you don't have to venture far to find some of Saint-Malo's big sights, but once you've exhausted the small town – which might take longer than you think – you can catch a ferry over to Dinard on the other side of La Rance for more beaches and historic architecture.
