With sweeping views of the local vineyard and the mountains that surround this home, True Love offers a picturesque escape for up to eleven guests. Filled with character and historic charm, your hosts have done the utmost to restore the home to all of its former glory, but without missing any luxuries for the twenty-first-century traveller. Prepare delicious meals in the Provençal kitchen, dine in front of the striking fireplace, and relax on the soft sofas in the living area. Each bedroom has been beautifully and individually designed, some of which lead into the gardens. Cool off from the hot sun in the refreshing pool, dine in the shade of the pagoda or simply wander through the gardens and find a peaceful corner to yourself. However you decide to relax, True Love offers plenty of activities, but most of all it oozes serenity and calm.

Set amidst a huge private parkland, this stone villa is a haven of peace – we love the outdoor areas, which offer infinite possibilities when it comes to alfresco dining, swimming in the pool and relaxing in the shade of the trees. The inside is all about classic French country style, with stone fireplaces, wooden beams and vintage furnishings. There are quite a few stairs to climb here, some rather steep, so it may not be the right choice for guests with reduced mobility.

Days can be spent visiting local wineries and exploring nearby medieval villages like Gordes and Cavaillon – either by car or road bike. The swimming pool terrace bursts with rose bushes and has a private Jacuzzi, while the wisteria-shaded dining areas are perfect for alfresco meals. Though it’s traditional on the outside, there’s a modern feel inside, with a glass wall by the dining table overlooking the gardens. The interior isn’t quite as striking with some rooms feeling a little dated. But the space has, nonetheless, retained plenty of traditional charm with its exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings, making it a nice backdrop for cosy evenings in. And location-wise, you’re just a short drive from some of Provence’s most beautiful villages, so you won’t have to venture far to get a taste of local culture – and viticulture. 


The Prosecco Garden

Everything about this home is quintessentially Provençal – from the rustic stone walls, plum-hued shutters and wooden beams, to the solid wood furniture, muted textiles and hand-carved features inside. There’s an air of effortless relaxation, with a touch of artistic flair, throughout. Bright red walls, bottle-green tiles and vintage Boussiet prints in the kitchen will turn cooking into a vibrant adventure rather than a chore – prepare a baguette with lashings of butter and dollops of jam, head outside and devour it on the shaded and plant-surrounded patio. Then stretch out in the garden and soak up every last drop of the same sunlight that inspired Cézanne and Van Gogh, before cooling off in the pool (that’s at least sixteen shades of blue). When you’re ready to expend some energy, head out of your front door and into Luberon National Park where ancient cedars and ochre cliffs come straight from the pages of an Impressionist’s sketchbook. This beautiful, single-level home consists of two separate parts, making it a great option for families and groups of friends who want their privacy. There are plenty of places for coming together and socialising too, with both indoor and outdoor dining, a large pool area and a lush garden. Oh là là – this home is the perfect choice for those wanting to experience the fairy-tale-like charm of Provence. It’s surrounded by vineyards and boasts lovely views of the pretty village of Ménerbes. Outside, you’ll find a picturesque courtyard, a heated swimming pool, and pétanque and badminton courts. Inside, we love the library and piano, and the modern kitchen – this home is ideal for keen chefs, as there’s also a summer kitchen under the awning. You’ll need a car here, but the upside of the out-of-the-way setting is the peace and quiet.

Situated in Provence, this charming carefully restored stone farmhouse on 3 acres of grounds has an idyllic setting. There’s a large swimming pool to cool off from the sun and a stylish courtyard with a covered alfresco dining area for lazy lunches. Inside, there’s character aplenty with whitewashed beams and chandeliers, as well as an open fire for when it's chilly. One thing to note, when the weather gets hot, there’s only air conditioning in the bedrooms. Out and about, there are lots of beautiful walks to explore the countryside.

This beautiful village house is the perfect place to enjoy a holiday in the Luberon region of Provence. The property is located on a hillside on the edge of Gordes, one of France's classified 'Plus Beaux Villages'. The Provençal valley views from the terraced grounds are incredible.

The house has been decorated with refined style and there's an authentic ambience across its elegant lounge, dining room and perfectly equipped kitchen with doors sliding open to the al-fresco dining terrace. Modern additions include air-conditioning throughout, a Sonos music system and Smart TVs in its mezzanine lounge and two of the three bedrooms.

Sleeping up to six guests, the bedrooms are gorgeous, one with a king-size double bed, wood-beamed ceiling and romantic rolltop bath, another with a queen-size double, sofa and en suite shower room and the third en suite with twin beds and lovely views through its little windows. 

Outside, the vistas of Provence will take your breath away whether you are enjoying a glass of Luberon AOC wine on the upper terrace or peacefully reading on the outdoor sofa beneath the poolside pergola. The swimming pool is superb for warm summer days when you don't wish to venture too far. We love the rustic charm of the terraced grounds with old stone steps, pretty pathways and swathes of summer colour.
