Well, there's no mystery why this home has made our collection. The apartment is right on the beach in East Wittering, so as you can see, it has great views of the sea from the private sunny balcony as well as most rooms. Yes, the galley kitchen is a bit compact if there are more than two people in there, but it's modern and well-equipped. If you tire of East Wittering Beach (unlikely we know), West Wittering Beach, with its views of Chichester, is less than a ten-minute drive. Otherwise, Chichester Marina is just over ten minutes away in the car, and Goodwood House is around a thirty-minute ride.

Elsewhere, the main bedroom makes clever use of soft earth tones and natural materials to create a soothing space, while the second bedroom uses a gorgeous deep blue colour palette to help you unwind before bed.

Just five minutes down the road, make the most of easy access to one of the finest stretches of sand on the south coast. West Wittering boasts a Blue Flag beach, pristine white sand and top-notch facilities that make for an unforgettable break for the whole family.

In addition to the aforementioned stretch of East Wittering Beach only four minutes' walk from the home, there are opportunities for rambles and birdwatching in the nearby Chichester Harbour AONB only six minutes' drive away. The cathedral city that lends this area its name lies only twenty-five minutes away in the car, too.
