Ambleside is a picturesque village that marks the head of Windermere – England’s largest natural lake – but you could be forgiven for thinking that this modern pad was located in a cosmopolitan city. While for cyclists, routes run all around the Langdales, with impressive views of the mountainous peaks and running rivers.
