Thanks to your central location, you’ve got many of Rome’s must-sees within easy walking distance, including – of course – Piazza Venezia (two minutes away), the Trevi Fountain (seven minutes away), the Pantheon (eight minutes away) and Piazza Navona (twelve minutes away). After a day of exploring and sampling the countless trattorias and bars in your Trevi neighbourhood, you’ll relish coming home to a dreamy night’s sleep in the luxurious super king-size bed. 


Pianoforte

Stretching across three levels with multiple terraces, this penthouse apartment sets the tone for an unforgettable stay in the Eternal City. You can admire the views from the rooftop and there are two Jacuzzis as well as exercise equipment. At full occupancy four guests will be sleeping on sofa beds, but this is a great option for groups and families in search of ease, comfort and a great location. From here, you can stroll to restaurants, bars and shops. Plus, you’ll find it’s just a short walk to major sights like Piazza Venezia, the Vittoriano and the Trevi Fountain. 

Fountain of Grace

Rich and luxurious—expect curtain-draped windows, polished parquet floors, hand-selected antique furnishings, hand-painted murals, and overly stuffed pistachio candy-striped sofas at this elegant home. Immaculately dressed with not a hair out of place—and for good reason, it’s right in the eye line of the mighty Imperial Forums and the Vittoriano. Survey your surroundings from the Juliet balcony with a glass of wine in hand; although choosing which ancient icon to visit first is a dilemma, the decision isn’t so difficult when they’re all within a five-minute walk. Stroll a little further and you’ll find a plethora of galleries and museums. An assortment of stellar restaurants can be found along the river Tiber, just fifteen minutes to the southwest. And if you’re keen to get an insider’s knowledge of the city, Gian, your host, can suggest and organise a series of memorable activities for you to enjoy—just ask away.

Trajan's Chambers

This cheerful city pad places you right in the heart of Rome, just a short stroll from the Colosseum and the buzzing Monti district. Set on the first floor, it's full of light, colour and thoughtful design touches. The mezzanine bed, cosy nook beneath and handy sofa bed make smart use of space, creating a fun option for families or close friends. Privacy is limited, but with Rome on your doorstep, you’ll hardly notice. There’s no lift, but the short climb to the apartment is a small price to pay for such a stylish stay in a brilliant location.

Rome Nook

Guests who are after a bit of a more hotel-like experience will really appreciate some of the touches in Hazelnut - included in the service is a delicious free breakfast. The trade-off is that it lacks the feeling of a real Roman home - there is little inside that really accentuates the sense of place. However, Hazelnut is a clean and comfortable apartment just off the Via del Corso, one of the main arteries in the city.

When we say that this home is a stone’s throw from the Trevi Fountain, we really mean it. Or should we say a coin’s throw? Watch where you’re aiming that penny, because this apartment is just steps away from Rome’s most striking water feature. In a quiet lane away from clamouring tourists, this spot has world-famous attractions, but with a local vibe. Stepping in to look around the decor, you notice a delightful mixture of old and new. Keep an eye out for chunky wooden beams, parquet floors, and original masonry as you settle down on antique furniture. Then there’s a somewhat contemporary Scandi look, with minimalist bedspreads, stepped bed frames, and modern, white shelved walls. These shelves are packed with literature and art books. Take your pick from the collection and perch in the study – with its twisted gold column, hardwood furnishings, and vintage typewriter, you’ll feel every bit the European intellectual. A stroll in the immediate neighbourhood will take you to jewellery boutiques and hidden wine bars for a glass of barolo. Descend the famous Spanish Steps to the Piazza di Spagna, just over five minutes from your home – from here, you can explore all the sights of the city by metro.


Baroque Waters

Cosy and compact, this apartment is an ideal base in Rome. Its location couldn’t be better, just a stone’s throw from the Trevi Fountain, and within walking distance of most of the city’s sights. There are countless restaurants and bars right on your doorstep, which is handy as the kitchenette is more suitable for preparing light bites – you can get your pasta fill nearby instead. The apartment is spread over two floors, with a quiet seating area on the second floor. If you’re hoping for more space and privacy, we’d recommend sticking to a guest count of two, so the sofa bed in the living room isn’t in use. 

Colourful Cello

Designed with space and comfort in mind, this apartment offers a bit more privacy than your usual holiday home, without sacrificing communal space. Each of the colourful rooms has an en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette and a TV, so you will have everything you need for a sweet stay in Rome. Of course, you still have a bright, clutter-free living room and kitchen that's perfect for continental breakfasts in the sun – you can even have your breakfast brought up to you for a small additional cost. Light pours in through the Juliet balcony, illuminating a modern, airy and minimalist space that we think has somewhat of a contemporary Scandi feel to it. Find a calming spot perched on the elegant antique furnishings for a relaxing read in the afternoons. Outside, you're right in the thick of things here. A stone's, or should we say a coin's, throw from the Trevi Fountain (nine-minute walk) and a couple of kilometres stroll from the emblematic Colosseum – you really are fantastically placed. Bridging the gap between hotel and rental perfectly, this ever-so central apartment is just the ticket. 

Tre Colori

This traditional apartment sits just a two-minute walk from the Spanish Steps, in a fabulous location in Rome. The large windows look out over Palazzo Torlonia and Via Bocca di Leone, and you’ll have plenty of restaurants and bars within easy reach. When you want to explore more of Rome, there are convenient metro lines nearby. The apartment boasts elegant old-world touches including chandeliers and wood-beamed ceilings. There’s plenty of room for everyone to gather together in the living and dining spaces, whether you’re dining in or just enjoying a pre-dinner cocktail. 

The Garden of Rome

Base yourself in Monti, one of Rome's coolest neighbourhoods. You'll be within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, and many independent eateries, putting you within easy reach of all Rome has to offer. The apartment is bright and cosy. Design-wise, it's a bit eclectic, but it's welcoming. There's also a sofa bed for two. That said, the highlight is the balcony and its sweeping views. Just sit back with a coffee or a glass of wine and take in the panoramas of the historic city centre.

Colosseum Sunset

This apartment's address is perfect if you want to be within walking distance of some of Rome’s key landmarks. The Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Roman Forum are just a few to mention. You’ll also have plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Another highlight of the home, in our opinion, is the terrace with its fire pit, barbecue and dining area. This great outdoor space is accessed from the modern and stylish open-plan living room. And if you need to work while away, two of the comfy bedrooms have desks. We think this apartment has everything you need for your Eternal City stay.

Roman Paradise

This spacious apartment provides ample space for groups of friends or family to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. You're just a short walk away from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, but the crowds will feel miles away from this fourth-floor home. The lack of character is offset by thoughtful amenities – with a coffee maker, washing machine, and ample bedroom storage space, it's easy to settle in. You might dine at home in the evening with the windows open, admiring pretty rooftop views of the local neighbourhood, or step out and experience local Roman cooking. Draw straws for the three bathrooms – one of you will have incredible city views from your shower.
