Just a sixteen-minute drive from glitzy Lagos, there are plenty of options when it comes to shopping, dining and nightlife, both in Luz's charming town centre or further afield. But if you'd rather take things at a slower pace, Praia da Luz is about ten minutes on foot – perfect for a spot of sunbathing on the sand and swimming in the Atlantic Ocean.  

In between Algarve explorations, relax in style at this breezy townhouse. Wake up in the light-filled main bedroom and pad immediately out to the south-facing balcony to enjoy your cup of coffee in the fresh air. The sparkling sea view is a bonus – we can't think of a better way to start the day than gazing out at the ocean blue. Perfectly positioned just a three-minute walk from the beach, this sun-drenched townhouse makes an excellent base for exploring the Algarve. You won't have to travel far to discover Praia da Luz's sandy shores, coastal hiking routes and mouthwatering restaurants in the centre, as nearly everything is within walking distance. But for those craving some boutique shopping and buzzing nightlife, Lagos is an easy fifteen drive away.

When you're not dipping your toes in the Atlantic or admiring the views from the iconic Rocha Negra, we bet we'll find you basking in the sunshine back at home. You've got options when it comes to relaxing in the fresh air – upstairs, the main suite's balcony is a sweet spot to enjoy your morning coffee, while downstairs, a small patio with lounge chairs overlooks the complex's sparkling communal pool. It's just a few steps from your living room, so you can easily enjoy an afternoon swim before heading out for the evening. 

Speaking of the lounge, we love how cosy and bright the interiors are. If the pool rules don’t bother you, we think this home is a great choice for a hassle-free holiday with family or friends.

With just a short walk, you'll find yourself in the centre of Lagos with a wide variety of shops to browse. Treat yourself to a delicious slice of cake at one of the many central cafés, followed by a trip to the beach. Make sure you bring a bucket and spade if you're with children, so you can spend the afternoon building sandcastles under the sun.

Dine at Batata Beach Bar for some coastal delicacies and return home to unwind after a day of adventuring. Head up to the rooftop pool to sit on a sun lounger with a sumptuous glass of red while watching the sunset.
