There's free private parking available here. While Kalkan centre can be reached by water taxi or on foot, you may need a car if you're keen to explore other towns or cities.
There are two neighbouring villas nearby, so the outside space may not be the most private.
There's a beach club directly below the villa, so it might be a little noisy.
The double beds can be separated into two single beds upon request.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. Your host can also provide a cot with advanced notice – just bring your own linen.
