Eat breakfast on the covered terrace, enjoying the view of the gardens and pool, and beyond to the sea. We’d follow this with a dip in the beautiful pool, or by wandering down to the beach. Our favourite beach, San Lorenzo, is a nineteen-minute walk, or you can nip there in two minutes in the car. Along the coast, you'll find the beautiful Nature Reserve of Vendicari. Or the baroque towns of Noto and Ragusa offer rewarding road trips.
