Situated right in the heart of San Lorenzo's sandy stretch, you'll only have to walk 100m to get to the beautiful blue Meditteranean sea – making life much easier for families needing to keep the children entertained. Spend afternoons building sandcastles in the sun while waiting for the tide to come in and challenge your handy work. Then, head back to the villa to enjoy the home. 

It really is a wonderful space the whole family will find joy in. Our favourite beach, San Lorenzo, is a nineteen-minute walk, or you can nip there in two minutes in the car. Spend the afternoon in Marzamemi, where you can stroll along the cobbled streets and treat yourself to some fresh seafood for lunch – there’s no shortage of picture-perfect eateries along the attractive harbour.

The sandy beach is just a few steps away, so you can enjoy sea views from beside the private pool and the rooftop terrace. The pool even has a hydromassage feature in the corner, and there’s a Jacuzzi – this is a great home for relaxing. The baroque town of Noto is just a short drive away, so there's plenty to keep you enterained.

This stunning home tucked away on Southern Italy’s coastline offers a perfect slice of Sicilian paradise. With the beach on your doorstep, listen to the soothing waves while sunbathing on the rooftop terrace or by your private swimming pool. Though the home lacks a bit of cosiness, you’ll find everything you need here for a great holiday.
